#pretty sure it's because it's easier for the real estate to keep me here than to kick me out lol#my lease expired a couple days ago and they called me this morning to renew it for another year#very matter of fact about it expiring and wanting to renew it#so I mean wahey I've got a roof over my head for another year#with relatively cheap rent as far as I can tell. 260 a week which still bites but is still a great rate compared to everywhere else#I'm neighbours with a kebab shop but my unit is fully separate. the cheapest rent for a full house is 320 where i live#any cheaper is either for a split house or a tiny unit on soneone else's property. so I'm pretty happy
