okay, so this guy’s a mess

his past is a little foggy at best and straight up suspicious at worst. abel is an orphan, doesn’t know what happened to his biological family at all. he just sort of grew up in the foster system and that’s that

he never got adopted either which, yikes, we don’t know what’s up w that. but to be fucking honest turning into a werewolf when he had no support system??? tough luck. so after his first turn he ran away bc he didn’t want to hurt anyone and that kind of stuff

pretty much a lonely boi, lived in sketchy places for a little while and got little to no money, started fixing stuff like cars and bikes for some dolla bills, ended up getting pretty good at it and restoring an old triumph bike and its his little love project so yk. he still rides it around

the lonely part changed ofc when he got his pack (btw if u want ur character to be a member of abel’s pack?? i’ll love u forever)

so yeah he does anything for his pack, he’s v protective.... a little too much even. doesn’t like it when a pack member disobeys his orders and he’s sort of like an overprotective dad? even tho sometimes the other person is right and he can see that, he still likes things to be done his way :/

very tired, runs on coffee 24/7. he just wants everything to be chill and fine, doesn’t want problems with anyone but every now and then some problems seem to arise? he’s not particularly satisfied w the condition of vampires running the whole show but he’s not about to out himself and his pack when he knows they could get hurt, so yeah

he’s always trying to shield everyone from hurt and general burdens bc thats just the way he is and he wants people to love him bc he never got it when he was young.... yikes. and his pack is like his family so he will absolutely fight and die for it

uses a lot of old, ugly sweaters even though he’s like,,,,, burning up the whole ass time. thats just his Dad Style

because of his upbringing he can be pretty tough but prefers not to :/

tries to be wise and strategic tho sometimes he fails and yk what?? he tries his fucking best

aisha nassir grew up in a single parent household. she was the product of two werewolves, which passed on the werewolf gene to her. her father never knew of her existence. aisha knows nothing about him and has never felt a desire in finding him. her mother raised her until she was six years old. mysteriously, aisha’s mother was found brutally murdered with no lead on who killed her. 

lailah, an angel and a friend of aisha’s mother, took the child in. while the reason why her mother died is unknown, lailah did not tell aisha of how gruesome the death was. aisha still does not know about her mother’s violent end. 

while lailah was not exactly as warm and fuzzy as aisha’s mother was, they took care of the girl. taught her how to survive, taught her religion (it was a combination of her mother’s hinduism and lailah’s christianity-- a sort of mold?? it was difficult at first but i’m sure they found their groove lmao) and how to be a good person.

once aisha started undergoing werewolf transformations was when things got tricky. so christian was called in (an older werewolf) who began to teach aisha how to come into her abilities and teach her more about the human aspects of everyday life (so to speak). he became like an older brother to her, as he watched her grow from a child to an adult. (good luck to anyone aisha dates, because he will grill them) 

aisha is a people person, that much is clear. the lonely girl craves interaction and validation, much as she loathes to admit it. she cannot stand being alone. however, she doesn’t want to disobey lailah and join christian’s pack, she aches to be a part of one. 

aisha is the type of person to hear someone is feeling down and cook their favorite meal for them. she’s the type of person who you can spend long hours talking with her and feel like no time has passed. she’s the type of person who you feel like she might not be telling the whole story. she’s the type of person who is afraid to place her trust in others. 

she’s also bi as fuck lmao she has had her share of partners in her nearly 30 years of life

THE MESS™ THAT IS CIAN:

you can bet that during the war, cian did fuck all but sit and enjoy the chaos. he most definitely took advantage of his pureblood status, safe in the knowledge that there was no chance of him getting harmed in the plight. plus, why would he involve himself if he could involve others on his behalf ? logic. he’s not inherently smart - however, his years of life have served him well and given him all the resource he’s needed to flourish for so long. he takes advantages of the links he has. 

his special ability is the power of nullify which essentially means that while in cian’s presence, another’s powers are cancelled out. which ? the way i see it is that cian doesn’t have a power. bc once another’s abilities are annulled, he isn’t exactly skilled in the art of combat etc ? so he’s screwed anyway. people have been known to take advantage of his ability for their own self. and why wouldn’t they ? as long as you butter him up, tell him how ~amazing~ he is, he’ll give you anything ( granted it doesn’t inconvenience him )

cian thinks he’s the best thing to happen since sliced bread, despite the fact he was born centuries before sliced bread was even a thing ?? he probably even claims he was the one to have invented sliced bread. this Boi is that extra.

lets get one thing straight: she’s not

okay i’m being silly but she is v gay ;;

jolene ainsley has always been extremely guarded and aloof. she was vastly opposed to being a witches familiar. so much so that she tried her best to avoid any and all witches for the longest time. it took meeting cordelia that something changed.

while jolene was still distrusting of the witch, eventually their bond grew to become like family. there isn’t many that jolene likes or trusts, but she would do anything for cordelia (even if she wasn’t commanded to).

jolene doesn’t like to admit it, but there is a soft side beyond her cool exterior. a side that snorts when she laughs. or blushes when pretty girls talk to her. or gets excited when a new spell works out the way it should. but you have to get to a Level 3 Friendship to access that side. (just kidding, but it does take a lot of work that many are not willing to put in)

she’s a tough cookie to crack, but once you earn her friendship, you are stuck with her for life

also she is a crow half the time so if a talking crow perches on your shoulder, don’t be too alarmed

and last (for now) but not least, here’s alistair! or ali for short. they go by he/them pronouns, and honestly doesn’t care which are used as long as they aren’t being teased or made fun of. they’re obsessed with flowers and plants. they are shane’s first love (in case that’s a possible connection!) and, while they were a jealous asshole at the time, they’ve grown a bit since then. a bit, anyway. they’re trying to be a decent person but damn, it’s hard.

hi alyssa again, meet my tragic heroine baby, shane sinclair. she sucks sometimes, but shane’s honestly trying her best, okay???? here’s a little about her:

Shane Sinclair was born one Christmas morning in Las Vegas, Nevada. She’s the second child out of three total. 

Life is kinda weird when you’re a Sinclair. When most kids are told not to worry about the monsters under their beds, because monsters weren’t real, Shane and her siblings were told the opposite. In fact, their dad would march in with a flashlight and a baseball bat, just to make sure nothing was there. The Sinclairs didn’t have the luxury of make believe, because the supernatural were all too real to them. They came from generations of supernaturals hunters, but specializing in killing vampires and werewolves.

At age eleven is when she started her training. The Sinclairs were homeschooled, and physical training was the most important part of their curriculum. Shane was an excellent hunter, but no match to her brother. The two had been best friends since Shane left the womb, and he was her biggest competitor. 

Shane’s mother passed away from breast cancer when she was in her early twenties. She had always been a mature person, but after her mom died, she filled in as the mother figure in their home. 

The years came and gone, and Shane focused her time on hunts, and making sure that both of her siblings were taken care of. Basically, she dedicates the first five years of her twenties to taking care of her family.

So, like a month ago, her brother goes on a hunt by himself, and never returns home??? Shane has been flipping her shit. 

She decides that her family will be okay if she leaves for a little while, so she’s on a mission to try to find her brother!

POSSIBLE CONNECTIONS:

Enemies: I NEED some angst ok!! I would love like old rivalries, people who hate her family, people who hate her, like give me all the drama forreal.

I know I want more type of connections for her, but that’s literally all I can think of rn.
