Journal no. 7 💫the magic lies in the doing by letting yourself off the hook. I can really chew on this letting myself off the hook. All of a sudden, I feel light and liberated to do instead of being in my head feeling anxious. This journal is an impromptu topic that sprung up and curiosity took over. Once the writing was finished, I could honestly say that this concept really works. It seems counter intuitive, that’s why it’s magical. To read more, go to link in bio. There’s nothing new about this mind hack but It felt like a discovery because writing a post is new to me and it feels very exposed hence the multi dimensional mind blockage. I do have some experience with the blank canvas/paper blocking syndrome. The perfect empty space that I will attempt to fill it with something worthy. Lately, the simplified people illustration has taken over my practice because the subject matter is energetic. The approach is spontaneous. The expressive nature feels so delightful and at ease.
