🌴 Sejourne Holiday Homes is excited to present our stunning modern 4-bedroom villa in the heart of Dubai! Whether you're here for business or leisure, or even a staycation, our centrally-located villa is the perfect place to stay.

🏊‍♀️ Enjoy a day out in the sun at the community swimming pool, conveniently located just a short walk away. Or spend a relaxing day with family and friends in the spacious backyard furnished with an outdoor dining set.

🛏️ The villa features two master bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a third bedroom with a single bed and en-suite bathroom. The maid's room also comes with a single bed and en-suite bathroom. You'll also find all the essential items you need for a comfortable stay, including clean towels, hand soaps, iron, vacuum, and hairdryer.

🍽️ Our open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, drawers, fridge, and all the cooking basics you need, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishes. You'll also find a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people and a 55-inch smart TV, a dining room with a classy table for 6, and a study room with a desk if you need to work.

🚗 The villa comes with two parking spots, and we also offer additional services, including daily housekeeping, and access to a luxury concierge agency if you need fast cars, chefs, private jets, yachts, and more. We also have cribs and high chairs available for a small fee.

🏡 As our guest, you'll have full access to all the development's amenities, including a world-renowned golf course, kids play areas, swimming pools, parks, beautifully landscaped walkways, and bicycle routes.

🕒 Check-in time starts at 3 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am. We may allow early check-in free of charge between 12 pm and 3 pm, subject to availability. Earlier check-in between 6 am and 12 pm will be chargeable as half-day booking, and anything before 6 am will be a full-day booking.

🚭 Smoking and parties are not allowed, and visitors are only allowed until 10 pm. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors and use all facilities properly.
