Tierra is a two time Winston Salem State University graduate, earning both her BS in Rehabilitation Studies and her MS in  Rehabilitation Counseling! She is currently a PhD candidate at The Pennsylvania State University, in the Counselor Education and Supervision program! Her areas of experience are in multicultural career and rehabilitation counseling. She currently focuses on "Examining Perceived Multicultural Competence of Rehabilitation Counselors and Supervisors". We're not done... she has several publications (articles and book chapters) as well and demonstrated commitment to mentorship! After seeing all of the amazing accomplishments on my timeline, WSSU graduation 🎓 and after a quick comment from Steven J Gaither; I felt inspired! WINSTON-SALEM STATE UNIVERSITY Alumnae; I am so proud of your growth and service to the community at large.
