If you’re worried about putting your device continuously in charging, you need to put it through a charging process once  in every month to be in safe side. Apple earlier used to suggest to ‘ have the battery working’. But this helps out or not wholly matters on the type of a laptop and its battery. So we can conclude by saying that there is no specific answer to this question which is put up on the top.

Configure Gmail in Windows Live Mail using POP
