So, I just had to draw that one scene in the Streets of New Capenna story. And then I figured I can put it in my deck as well, bc why tf not.

Another Magic drawing! Hello MtG fandom, I'm afraid I'm here to stay. But honestly, if nobody else wants to draw my special murderous boy I just have to do it myself.
#anhelo the painter#anhelo#new capenna#mtg#magic the gathering#drawing#digital drawing#finished#cw blood#cw murder#at least it's implied#this happened bc i took this super cool reference picture for the xanhelo drawing but couldn't use it there#and then it turned into background practice#i'm pretty happy with this!#a lot of thought went into this drawing but i'm not going to spell things out#there's also a crude joke to be made in there but i also won't spell that out#his jacket collar is down and he wears no steel collar bc originally i wanted to have blood on his throat and then i just kept it like that#... i hope it's fine to put this in the mtg tag??#tbh i feel a little out of place in the mtg fandom#like mtg is so huge and i feel like i'm sitting in a tiny bubble#i'm used to liking highly specific characters and things in media that most people don't care about but this feels a bit extreme#but it IS part of mtg so i hope it's fine??#it's not my fault i got stuck in new capenna and kamigawa :(
