Inspector of Liang province梁州 (Songshu)

[From SS037. Not exactly exciting reading, but usefull for my own reference.]

Inspector of Liang province梁州, the Tribute of Yu's old province. Zhou used Liang梁 to combine with Yong雍. Han used Liang梁 as Yi益, seated at Luo雒 county in Guanghan廣漢. Emperor Yuan of Wei's 4th Jingyuan [263 AD], pacified Shu, again set Liang province梁州, seated at Nanzheng南鄭 in Hanzhong漢中. And Yi province益州 was seated at Chengdu成都.

The Li clan occupied Liang梁 and Yi 益. Jiangzuo lodge established Liang province梁州 at Xiangyang襄陽. The Li clan was wiped, restored the old. At the time of Qiao Zong, it was again seated in Hanzhong漢中. The Inspector was seated in Weixing魏興. Zong was wiped out. The Inspector returned to be seated at Baozhong苞中 in Hanzhong漢中 which was spoken of as Nancheng南城.

Emperor Wen's 10th Year of Yuanjia [433 AD], the Inspector, Zhen Fahu, lost the defences at Nancheng南城. The Inspector, Xiao Sihua, returned the seat to Nanzheng南鄭. The Commanderies and States of Yongchu also has Dangqu宕渠 commandery and Beidangqu北宕渠 commandery. In the Commentary on the Song Diaries, 16th Year of Yuanjia [439 AD], divided off Liang province's梁州 Dangqu宕渠 commandery to be ruled by Yi province益州.

Now the Yi's益 section's Dangqu宕渠 commandery was named Nandangqu南宕渠. He and Xu both had Beidangqu北宕渠 commandery, only governing Dangqu宕渠, one county. He states it drifting people originally of Baxi巴西. Now it is without.

Grand Warden of Hanzhong漢中, Qin established. Emperor Xian of Han's 20th Year of Jian'an [215 AD], Wu of Wei pacified Zhang Lu, he restored Hanning漢寧 commandery to be Hanzhong漢中. Suspect that prior to this, Hanzhong漢中 was changed to Hanning漢寧. The Commanderies and States of Yongchu also has Baozhong苞中 and Huai'an懷安 counties[a]. Governs 4 counties, 1 786 households, 10 334 people.

[4]Prefect of Xixiang西鄉, Shu established it, naming it Nanxiang南鄉. Emperor Wu of Jin's 2nd Year of Taikang [281 AD], altered the name.

Grand Warden of Weixing魏興, Emperor Wen of Wei used the lost people of Hanzhong漢中 who had gone down east to establish it, belonging to Jing province荊州. Jiangzuo returned it to the original. Governs 13 counties. Distance to the province 1 200. Distance to the Imperial Capital, 6 700 by water.

[2]Prefect of Yunxiang鄖鄉, originally Xi錫 county. The Two Han's old county, belonging to Hanzhong漢中. Later belonged to Weixing魏興. In the eras of Wei and Jin it became a commandery, later it was rationalised. Emperor Wu's 5th Year of Taikang [284 AD], changed it to be Yunxiang鄖鄉. In He's treatise, Hui of Jin established it, a mistake.

[3]Prefect of Xi錫 county, Former Han's Changli長利 county, belonging to Hanzhong漢中. Later Han rationalised it. Emperor Wu of Jin's 4th Year of Taikang [283 AD], it was again established, belonging to Weixing魏興. 5th Year [284 AD], changed Changli長利 to be Xi錫.

[4]Prefect of Guangcheng廣城, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He and Xu all have it, but do not specify how it was set up and established.

[5]Prefect of Xingjing興晉, Wei established it, calling it Pingyang平陽. Emperor Wu of Jin's 1'st Year of Taikang [280 AD] altered the name.

[6]Prefect of Xunyang旬陽, Former Han had it, Later Han did not have it. Emperor Wu of Jin's 4th Year of Taikang [283 AD], again established it.

[7]Prefect of Shangyong上庸, in the Geographic Treatise on Jin's Taikang era, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, and Xu it belongs to Shangyong上庸. He is without.

[8]Prefect of Changle長樂, in all the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He and Xu it belongs to Jinchang晉昌. Drifting people originally from Shu蜀 commandery.

[9]Chancellor to the Count of Guangchang廣昌, in He's treatise it belongs to Shangyong上庸, Emperor Cheng of Jin established it. In the Geographic Records of Jin, Emperor Wu of Jin's 1'st Year of Taikang [280 AD], changed Shangyong's上庸 Guangchang廣昌 to be Yongchang庸昌. 2nd Year [281 AD], rationalised it. Suspect it was established by Wei.

[10]Prefect of Anjin安晉, in the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He and Xu it belongs to Jinchang晉昌. Drifting people originally from Shu蜀 commandery.

[11]Prefect of Yanshou, in the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He and Xu it belongs to Jinchang晉昌. Drifting people originally from Shu蜀 commandery.

[12]Prefect of Xuanhan宣漢, in the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He and Xu it belongs to Jinchang晉昌. Drifting and left people originally Jianping建平.

Grand Warden of Xinxing新興, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He and Xu states that Xinxing新興, Jiyang吉陽, Dongguan東關 counties belonged to Jinchang晉昌 commandery. He states Emperor Yuan of Jin established it. Drifting people originally from Ba巴 and Han漢. At the end of Song rationalised Jinchang晉昌 commandery, established Xinxing新興 commandery, used Jinchang's 晉昌 Changle長樂, Anjin安晉, Yanshou延壽, and Anle安樂 to belong to Weixing魏興 commandery, and Xuanhan宣漢 to belong to Baqu巴渠 commandery, and Ningdu寧都 to belong to Ankang安康 commandery. The Commanderies and States of Yongchu has Yong'an永安 county. He and Xu are without. Now likewise without again Weixing 新興county. He states people of Yi from Badong巴東. Now commands 2 counties.

Grand Warden of Xincheng新城, formerly belonged to Hanzhong漢中. Emperor Wen divided off and established, belonging to Jing province荊州. Jiangzuo returned it to the original. Governs 6 counties, 1 668 households, 7 594 people. Distance to the province by land 1 500. Distance to the Imperial Capital by water to 5 300.

[1]Prefect of Fangling房陵, Han's old county, belonging to Hanzhong漢中. The Geographic Treatise of the Taikang era and Wang Yin is without.

[2]Prefect of Suiyang綏陽, Wei established it, later changed it to be Zigui秭歸. Emperor Wu of Jin's 2nd Year of Taikang [281 AD], restored it to be Suiyang綏陽.

[3]Prefect of Changwei昌魏, Wei established it.

[4]Prefect of Qixiang祁鄉, in He's treatise Wei established it. The Geographic Treatise on Jin's Taikang era writes qi沶.

Grand Warden of Shangyong上庸, Emperor Ming of Wei's 2nd Year of Taihe [228 AD], divided off Xincheng's新城 Shangyong上庸, Wuling武陵, and Beiwu北巫 to belong to Shangyong上庸 commandery. 1st Year of Jingchu [237 AD], again divided off Weixing's魏興 Weiyang魏陽, Xi's錫 commandery's Anfu安富 and Shangyong上庸 to be a commandery. Suspect it was rationalised during Taihe, and during Jingchu again established it. Governs 7 counties, 4 554 households, 20 653 people. Distance to the province by land 2 300. Distance to the Imperial Capital by water 6 700.

[2]Prefect of Anfu安富, all of the Geographic Treatise on Jin's Taikang era, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He, and Xu has it.

[3]Prefect of Beiwu北巫, In He's treatise Emperor Wu if Jin established it. Suspect the Beiwu北巫 divided off from Xincheng新城 by Wei responds exactly to this county. As such that it was not esablished by Wu of Jin is clear.

[4]Prefect of Weiyang微陽, Wei established it, calling it Jianshi建始. Emperor Wu of Jin changed it.

[5]Prefect of Wuling武陵, during Former Han belonged to Hanzhong漢中. In all of Later Han, the Geographic Treatise on Jin's Taikang era and Wang Yin are without.

[6]Prefect of Xin'an新安, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He, and Xu has it. He states drifting people originally from Jianping建平.

[7]Prefect of Jiyang吉陽, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu state Beijiyang北吉陽. He and Xu are without.

Grand Warden of Jinshou晉壽, In the Geographic Records of Jin, Xiaowu's 15th Year of Taiyuan [390 AD], the Inspector of Liang province梁州, Zhou Qiong petitioned to establish it. In He's treatise it originally belonged to Zitong梓潼. Yet Yi province's 益州 Nanjinshou南晉壽 commandery completely has these counties. The Commanderies and States of Yongchu, and Xu also have Nanjinshou晉壽, Nanxing南興, Le'an樂南, and Xing'an興安 counties. He is without Nanxingle南興樂, and states that Nanjinshou南晉壽 was established by Emperor Hui. For all of the remainder he does not specify how they were set up and established. Now governs 4 counties. Distance to the province by land is 1 200. Distance to the Imperial Capital by water is 10 000.

[1]Prefect of Jinshou晉壽, belonged to Zitong梓潼. In He's treatise, it was established by Emperor Hui of Jin. Note that in Commentary on the Jin Diaries, Emperor Wu of Jin's 1'st Year of Taikang [280 AD], changed Zitong's梓潼 Hanshou漢壽 to be called Jinshou晉壽. The name of Hanshou漢壽 suspect this was established by Shu. To state that Emperor Hui established it is a mistake.

[2]Prefect of Baishui白水, Han's old county, belonging to Guanghan廣漢. In the Geographic Treatise on Jin's Taikang era it belongs to Zitong梓潼.

[3]Prefect of Shaohuan邵歡, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He, and Xu all have it, but do not specify how it was set up and established. Suspect this was established by Shu, calling it Zhaohuan昭歡, and Jin changed it.

[4]Prefect of Xing'an興安, the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He, and Xu all have it, but do not specify how it was set up and established.

Grand Warden of Huayang華陽, in Xu's treatise newly established. The Commanderies and States of Yongchuand He are both without. Transmitted seated beneath the province. Governs 4 counties, 2 561 households, 15 494 people.

In the Commentary on the Song Diaries, Emperor Wen's 12thYear of Yuanjia [435 AD], to the south of the defiles established Beibaxi北巴西 commandery, belonging to Yi province益州. Now Yi province益州 is without this commandery. Also the Commanderies and States of Yongchu, He, and Xu's Liang province's梁州 all have Beibaxi北巴西, while Yi province益州 is without. Suspect this was lodged established in the Yi section益部, and soon after rationalised. Liang province's梁州 Beibaxi北巴西, this was established at the end of Jin. He also has Songchang宋昌 county, and states it was newly established. Xu is without Songchang宋昌, and has Songshou宋壽. In both of He and Xu it governs 4 counties, now it governs 6. Distance to the province 1 400, distance to the Imperial Capital by water 9 900.

Grand Warden of Beiyinping北陰平, in the Geographic Treatise on Jin's Taikang era, it is the former Chief Commandant of the Dependent State of Guanghan廣漢屬國. In He's treatise Shu divided off and established it. The Commanderies and States of Yongchu calls it Beiyinping北陰平, governing Yinping陰平, Mianzhu綿竹, Pingwu平武, Zizhong資中 and Zhouzhi胄旨, 5 counties. He and Xu merely states it is called Yinping陰平, governing 2 counties similar to this. 506 households, 2 124 people. Transmitted steated beneath the province.

[1]Prefect of Yinping陰平, during Former and Later Han belonged to the Dependent State of Guanghan廣漢屬國, named Zhoudi宙底. The Geographic Treatise on Jin's Taikang era's commentary on Yinping陰平 commandery's Yinping陰平 county states Zhoudi宙底. Must be that the former Zhoudi宙底 became Yinping陰平. The Commanderies and States of Yongchu's Zhouzhi胄旨 is precisely Zhoudi宙底.[a]

[2]Prefect of Pingwu平武, Shu established it, calling it Guangwu廣武. Emperor Wu of Jin's 1'st Year of Taikang [280 AD] altered the name.

In Xu's treatise there is no nan南 letter, it states old people from Yinping陰平 drifted to sojourn establish it, only leading Huaijiu懷舊, 1 county. He is without it. Now leads 2 counties, 407 households.

In both of the Commanderies and States of Yongchuand He treatise it belongs to Jing province雍州, lodged and transmitted in Weixing魏興, precisely this commandery. In Xu's treatise newly established by Ba people. At the time of Xu's treatise already belonged to Liang province梁州. The Commanderies and States of Yongchu is without Fengyang豐陽, but has Yangting陽亭. He and Xu has it. He does not specify how Yangting陽亭 was set up. Governs 6 counties.

Grand Warden of Nandangqu南宕渠, the Commanderies and States of Yongchuhas Dangqu宕渠 commandery, governing Dangqu宕渠, Hanxing漢興, and Xuanha宣漢, 3 counties, belonging to Liang province梁州. 16th Year of Yuanjia [439 AD], it crossed over to belong to Yi province益州, it is not this Nandangqu南宕渠. He and Xu's Liang梁 are both without this commandery. Suspect it was established after Xu's treatise.

Tập Cận Bình trong thời gian gần đây kêu gọi các khóa học chính trị phải được tăng cường ở mọi lứa tuổi.

Đảng cộng sản Trung quốc (ĐCSTQ) muốn tăng cường kiểm soát tư tưởng của trẻ em và thanh thiếu niên. Trong một cuộc thảo luận bàn tròn mới đây với các nhà giáo dành cho “quá trình lý thuyết chính trị và tư tưởng” ở học đường, chủ tịch nước cộng hòa nhân dân Trung Hoa Tập Cận Bình đã nói rằng, cần phải giáo dục đào tạo một thế hệ mới có khả năng duy trì vai trò lãnh đạo của ĐCSTQ và bảo vệ hệ thống xã hội chủ nghĩa của Trung quốc. Tập đề xướng: “Cần phải bắt đầu từ nhà trường, từ những đứa trẻ”.

“Cần phải hướng dẫn học sinh để chúng nhấn chính xác cái nút đầu tiên trong cuộc đời của chúng”, Tập nhấn mạnh đến sự cần thiết trong việc “truyền tải tư duy chính thống để chống lại mọi quan điểm sai lầm”. Cuối năm 2016, ông đã tổ chức “một hội nghị toàn quốc nhằm định hướng chính trị và tư tưởng trong các viện giáo dục đại học”, nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên, thể loại bàn tròn này được tổ chức với sự có mặt của ông ta và tập hợp các đại diện của cơ quan giáo dục bậc đại học, trung học và tiểu học. Cùng tham dự là Vương Hỗ Ninh, cán bộ chuyên trách tư tưởng thuộc bộ chính trị đảng cộng sản Trung quốc, giám đốc ban bí thư của ủy ban trung ương, chịu trách nhiệm về các khóa học chính trị và tư tưởng.

Nền giáo dục của nhà nước pháp quyền

Ở Trung Quốc, chương trình giảng dạy trong tất cả các trường, từ bậc tiểu học đến đại học, ngay cả trình độ cao học, luôn bao hàm định hướng chính trị và tư tưởng. Trong 9 năm giáo dục cưỡng bách, từ 6 đến 15 tuổi, các mô-đun này được phân phối cho đến năm 2016, giữa các khóa “giáo dục về đạo đức và đời sống”, ở bậc tiểu học và các khóa “tư tưởng và đạo đức” ở bậc đại học. Nhưng bây giờ chúng được tập hợp lại và gọi chung là “nền giáo dục đạo đức và nhà nước pháp quyền”.

Lên cấp ba, học sinh phải thảo luận về các chủ đề như “đời sống kinh tế”, “đời sống chính trị”, “đời sống văn hóa” và “đời sống và triết học”, phần lớn là các vấn đề được đánh giá tại gaokao (kỳ thi tốt nghiệp cấp ba và bước vào đại học Trung quốc). Về phần mình, các trường đại học phải tổ chức một số khóa học bắt buộc về chính trị và tư tưởng. Thường là “giới thiệu các nguyên tắc cơ bản của chủ nghĩa Mác” và “giới thiệu tư tưởng của Mao Trạch Đông và hệ thống lý thuyết của chủ nghĩa xã hội Trung quốc”. Các sinh viên tiến sỹ tương lai cũng phải vượt qua một bài kiểm tra chính trị và tư tưởng trong kỳ thi tốt nghiệp.

Gaokao (cao khảo), bài kiểm tra của cuộc đời

Mỗi năm, trong hai ngày, hàng triệu học sinh Trung quốc vượt qua gaokao, cuộc thi tuyển sinh đại học toàn quốc. Đây là một áp lực rất lớn, không chỉ riêng với học sinh dự thi, mà còn với tất cả mọi người trong gia đình, theo tường thuật của tờ Xingjing bao, bởi lẽ “gaokao là câu thần chú sesam mở ra nấc thang thăng tiến xã hội cho những người trẻ và gia đình họ”. Và “khi một cuộc thi duy nhất tạo điều kiện cho sự chuyển động xã hội và cơ hội rời bỏ tầng lớp bị thiệt thòi nhất, thì chắc chắn nó phải là nỗi lo của nhiều thí sinh”.

Cuộc thi này quan trọng đến mức trở thành chủ đề chính của một trò chơi video do Moyuwan, một studio nhỏ khai triển và Cocunut island games sản xuất: Zhongguoshi jiazhang (Các bậc phụ huynh ở Trung quốc), phát hành vào tháng Chín 2018 và thành công vượt trội, theo báo cáo của tạp chí Mỹ Foreign policy. Nó đặt mình vào vị trí của phụ huynh có con đang học thi gaokao. Mục đích: thành công.

Để đạt được điều này, người ta cần phải kích thích trí thông minh của đứa trẻ, từ lúc còn bé cho đến khi tham gia cuộc thi tuyển nổi tiếng, mà nó vẫn kiểm soát được sự căng thẳng. Một thực tế đang làm các phụ huynh Trung quốc mệt mỏi, là họ bị kẹt giữa những trói buộc kinh tế do xã hội đặt ra, cùng những nỗi lo lắng về tài chính và một trò chơi được mô tả là “vô cùng thực tế”.
