Aslan had left the Haus for a few weeks to handle some business and was surprised by how much he wanted to return. It was almost a world in and of itself, a way to get lost from the real world. Like eating the lotus and losing all sense of time. Aslan was aching to go back but he was nervous at the same time. Going back to the Haus meant change. A change of scenery, a change of scale, and probably a change in people. That’s why when he first arrived, Aslan put in a request for a very specific staff member to meet him at the luau. Someone he knew he’d feel comfortable with so it didn’t seem like he was simply wandering around aimlessly. And he felt a weight lift off of him when he saw the familiar blonde coming toward the bar where he was sitting.

Standing from his stool, he greeted Rhett with a smile and a hug. Was that too familiar? Too casual? Aslan shook off the questions in his mind and motioned to the stool next to his own as he sat back down. “I know there’s a party going on but I wanted to see you now that I’m back.” Working during a party probably wasn’t Rhett’s idea of fun, but Aslan tried to frame his request as just a friendly meeting than work. He didn’t expect Rhett to stick by his side the entire time, after all. He more than likely had more people he wanted to spend time with during the celebration. “So, an island?” He chuckled. “As if the Haus wasn’t extravagant enough. What do you think of it?”

“Great for a college kid, ya gotta find your own drink of choice or at least a preference eventually.” Dominic shook the young man’s hand, grinning when the bartender put the two drinks in front of them, accompanied by little green umbrellas with shamrocks. Festive. “Well, didn’t think the salt and pepper would attract so much attention. I’m Dominic or Dom works too. So, we gonna cheers to something or just go for the first sip?” This was a drink to savor and not chug unless you wanted to be under the bar before midnight.

Silas didn't think he would actually get a chance to play any music while he was here. He hadn't brought his bass with him, more focused on photographing the island and its beauty than sitting alone and playing. But when he couldn't sleep late into the night, he discovered the recording studio by accident and he was happy he did. Instead of walking around aimlessly or sitting up fretting in his cabin, or even requesting the company of some lovely thing, he started to play around with the bass he found among the instruments. Thankfully, it was after hours, so no one was around... or so he thought.

He was deep in the middle of a song when, suddenly, he became aware of another presence. His fingers slowed, idling on the chords. "I'm not opposed to voyeurism but please let me know if you'd like me to take my pants off."

Renan absolutely LOVED getting to shower those he cared about with lavish gifts, or excursions even, but being around the haus it's not like he could just take Rhett away for any time to jet set somewhere else in the world on a whim. Because of Rhett being a staff there were channels that needed to be followed, but for nights like tonight when all Renan wanted was his company, well there were no additional channels that needed to be followed aside from inviting him. A note attached to his door said nothing more than a time and location, ten o'clock PM at the Jacuzzi, and Renan signed it so that the other would at least know who was requesting his company. He got their early, did his best to set the mood by lighting candles and having a bottle of wine chilling, him in a black pair of swim trunks sitting at the edge of the Jacuzzi with his feet in the water. He had no qualms waiting for Rhett as long as he needed to, so long as eventually the staff member showed up. When he did finally hear the door open and shut he looked in the direction of the sound, grinning as Rhett came into sight, "I was beginning to think you were going to stand me up."

Spotting the familiar and handsome face of Marcus, Rhett knew he had to offer a token to the man. Striding over to him, he smiled warmly and presented the token out to him, "Hello, love. Can I interest you in a token in exchange for a joining me for a drink?"

Marcus gave Rhett a soft smile seeing him, he always enjoyed when he got to hang out with him, or even just talk. "I'd never say no to you, baby." He replied, taking the coin from him and slipping it into his pocket, before linking his arm with Rhett and leading him towards the bar. "Thank you, that was kind. Even though I never need a coin to join you."

Lorenzo walked up from the ocean to the luxurious pavilion tent that was set up for his purposes this evening. He caught sight of Rhett and smiled broadly, wondering if the other was enjoying the sight of him, glistening in the approaching sunset, dressed only in skimpy swim trunks. Reaching the waiter, he grabs a fluffy towel and begins to dry himself off before he addresses him. “Sorry, the ocean was too inviting to pass up. I had to go for a swim before dinner.”

“Speaking of, you can stay as my guest or end your shift early, Rhett. I want to seduce you, but I don’t want you to feel awkward or forced into it. So, the choice is yours.” Lorenzo tosses aside the towel, standing primarily naked in front of Rhett. “Dinner and seduction with me, or going back to your room alone?”

“Rhett darling. You are looking quite fine this afternoon.” Oliver smirked looking at the other man from over the rim of his sunglasses as he sat up in his the chair he had been sunbathing in. “I was laying here and I thought to myself, who could make this afternoon even more pleasant? The answer was obviously you Rhett.” he said with a little laugh as he poured himself another glass of tea from the the pitcher he had by him. “Growing up I never got to enjoy the beach like this, all the beaches I went to were cold and rocky. Do you enjoy the beach?” he asked offering the tall glass of iced tea to the other man. “It’s mint and peach tea. It’s interesting for sure. You should try it. “

The crime boss had been sitting by the poolside with a glass of whiskey and a cigarette between his lips, eyes scanning the crowd of handsome men to find his next victim partner. What he found instead, though, was a blond that was staring at him, and he couldn’t help but smirk. Lifting his free hand, he gestured for the blond to come closer. “You know, if you keep staring at me, I’m gonna start to think you want me to take you back to my suite and have my wicked way with you,” Malachi spoke as he stared up at the lithe blond. “That what you want, boy? For me to make you my bitch?”

Spotting Nev, Rhett crossed over towards him and he grinned his signature smile and held out a coin for him, "How about a coin for a kiss, love?" He asked, then shimmied his shoulders a bit with a laugh.

He was grinning from ear to ear as Rhett offered a kiss but it was the shimmy of his shoulders that really got him going. "A kiss?" Nev crooned, shimmying his own shoulders. "How can I resist that?" He shimmied his way over to Rhett, leaning down to press a soft kiss to his lips. "Ooooooh," he chirped, "I'm going to give you a coin in return for another kiss." He wiggled his brows.

Sliding up beside the client, Rhett smiled his signature, "Fun story: Santa told me to do some investigating around here about who's been good and who's been bad. So, sir, I gotta know. Have you been naughty or nice this year?"

“Santa sent ya to investigate me, did he, now? What’s this shit, December IRS?” He leans into Rhett’s direction beside him, eyes shifting and looking around the room.

Dramatic pause, tense tone. “Tell ‘im I’ll never stop drillin’ oil. Fuck yer North Pole. Fuckin’ sink ‘er swim, an’ don’t he investigate me again or Mrs. Claus gets it.” Heavy arm slid around and over his back, patting Rhett in the shoulder. “Go on, now.”

Aslan was nervous. Would Rhett think it was weird that he had so insistantly bid on him at the auction? Was he hoping one of the other guys that bid was going to win him? Was this date he planned too much? He didn't have much time to contemplate these questions as he stood waiting by the fountain at the outlet stores where they agreed to meet. Aslan had shown up a little early because of his nerves, though from the outside he looked totally unphased. Wearing a light blue t-shirt that complimented his eyes (and hugged his chest and shoulders) and a pair of khaki shorts, he waited for his date for the evening. Thankfully for his nerves, he wasn't left waiting long.

"Hello, darling." Aslan smiled, stepping forward to kiss Rhett on the cheek as he approached. "I hope you're excited for tonight." He hadn't betrayed what they were doing, keeping everything a secret. "And I hope you're hungry."

Spotting Dominic at the event, the blond immediately smiled and he made his way over towards the older man, "Dominic, love." Rhett held out a coin towards him and smiled, "Get a drink with me, will you?"

Placing down his empty glass, Dominic counted the coins he had left along with the ones he had been given, wondering how he should stretch them out. One less worry found him when a young man approached him. "Don't even need to ask, pretty boy." Taking the coin, he led the way to the bar, gesturing for Rhett to follow. "I know exactly what we're getting."

"Hello, handsome!" Rhett smiled, scooting beside Titus, "What do you want for Christmas this year?"

"Anything pretty or sexy! Other than workout clothes and swim wear, I didn't bring anything here. And seeing all of these people in hot outfits? I'm jealous, I have to admit."

The night seemed to be going off without a hitch, and Renan was truly enjoying himself the best he could. Something felt like it was missing though...he couldn't quite put his finger on it, but something was off. The second Rhett came into sight, looking absolutely divine in the suit he was wearing, it all seemed to make sense to Renan. He was missing having Rhett around, especially since their relationship was truly starting to flourish around the haus. There were no more damn limitations between them, or speed bumps keeping them from getting where they wanted, and Renan took every opportunity to be close to the other that he could. Like right now, Renan made his way over to the other and couldn't help but immediately compliment him, "you are so unbelievably gorgeous, darling," he couldn't remember ever seeing Rhett so dressed up, "come here," he grinned as he leaned in for a kiss, a soft sigh leaving his lips at just how good it felt. He just hoped Rhett would still be by his side come midnight.
