He wont be able to kidnap you immediately: he has to ask his boss. For a few months, he’s content with watching you from afar. But eventually, he just can’t bear to watch you so closely, while you have no idea he’s there although he does get a little kick out of it

He won’t bother meeting you first- Why should he, when he already knows everything about you? No, he can build up trust later. And if he never does? That’s fine with him. You can stay chained up forever.

He’ll call you pet names ironically, and will generally make you feel awful, but then regret it. He’ll sit next to you and play with your hair, and maybe give you some extra food later.

If you make him mad enough, he’ll probably just abandon you for a few days, and if you get mad and confront him he’ll just tell you that you abandoned him, don’t be a hypocrite
