So I keep hearing about this item all the time, but I’ve never seen it on any of my runs? Is there a specific prophecy that needs to be completed, or is my RNG just terrible? I’m not exactly a beginner to the game, here are my stats:

Also, I did a bit of research and found that this item doesn’t actually solve my chariot problems (yaaaaay), but gets rid of the tiny chariots in Elysium, the Flame Wheels. I’ve seen a lot of criticism revolving around the design of these things and how easy it is for them to damage you, but that’s not really my concern with them honestly. My biggest concern is why do I find them so effin cute?

They’re just so tiny, and they squeak when they explode! Honestly, these things can kill me as many times as they want, I won’t even be mad.
