Portrait of a Leader

Finally starting to finish up some of the WIPs! ^^

Since the Three Goofy Guards have been occupying my brain for the past month or so, I had to follow the urge to doodle them. The first idea I had was to take all of the characters and make them badass and cool. And who better to start with than the leader of the trio Yippee? If you haven't figured it out already, Yippee is my favorite of the trio, though Yahooey is a close second. I already have a soft spot for musketeers, so Hanna-Barbera's spoofs on them have naturally always ranked high for me. Plus, Yippee's so lovably stupid. This was a boat race, lol.

In my current stories, he still keeps up his airheadedness and misplaced yet earnest optimism, but he does have a lot of heart and compassion for those he loves and cares about. Yappee and Yahooey are his brothers (and in the case of Yappee, his half-brother), and God help you if you lay a finger on either of them. Yip’s the heart of the group, while Yappee’s the brains and Yahooey’s the brawn.

Next up will be Yappee, then Yahooey. And hopefully, I'll be able to follow those up with the sketch gallery of the King that I posted last week ^^

and i got these comics from this cool club thing that my mam made the person behind the stall explain the whole thing hoping to get me to join & socialise but no thank you . yes thank you to the art it looked scrumptious

they have been added to my pin & badge collection on my one very very very special jacket i am making chainmail with lapel pins

um....tha creatureeee......
