5. Character you were most surprised to end up writing There were a couple of fandoms that took me entirely by surprise when my brain started composing fic for them, so probably the POV characters in those fics: Willhelm in CrisTales and Andrew in All For the Game.

15. Why did you start writing? Originally or recently? XD I think in both cases it was very much a case of "I wrote because I couldn't not." My brain composed words and then it was just a case of either getting them down or letting them disappear forever, and in general I preferred the former. Get to know your author ask game

15. What’s your favorite AU that you’ve written?

Hmmm, I have so many that I love... I think it's a tie between the MDZS donghua/CQL crossover where Wen Ning, Jiang Cheng, and Wei Wuxian swear brotherhood during Sunshot (linked fic is currently the only one posted but I have more in this world that's still a WIP) and the Big Sibs OT4 Modern Kink AU (which I also have more WIPs in).

28. Does anyone read your fics before you post them? If so, who?

Not all of them, but I have a pretty common set of beta-readers for when I'm not 100% confident of a fic. Shout-outs to: @iamwestiec, @bladedweaponsandswishycoats, @rhysiana, @spacewitchbot, @shadaras, and @yourfavoriteweasel. There's others, but these are my most common beta-readers :)

46. Do you prefer writing on your phone or on a computer (or something else)? Do you think where you write affects the way you write?

Uhhhhh it varies? I switch around a bunch which is why I keep most of my fic on Gdocs so I can access it from both a phone and a computer. I like being able to write as soon as I think of something, so phone is good for that, but I think for more focused writing sessions, the computer works better. Also I type WAY faster on a physical keyboard than on a mobile keyboard, so it's pretty much the only way that writing can keep up with the speed of my thoughts when I'm in the zone. I also occasionally write longhand but much less frequently than other modes.
