HISTORY

Life was easy for Zev when he was younger. His parents had high expectations, and it made it easy to know what he needed to do. School didn't come naturally to him, but he put in the hard work to bring home the grades that made his parents proud. The two doctors could see their son joining them one day, and it was something he was pushed toward for as long as he could remember.

But he didn't want to work in the medical field. He wanted to make the decision himself when he discovered what his passion was. The conversation didn't go well, and he found himself being lectured every day about throwing his chance away until he finally agreed to enroll in pre-med. He didn't tell them he changed majors to Chemistry until he was a semester away from graduating. He was kicked out when they found, and he stayed with friends until he finished his degree.

Eventually his parents forgave him for the deception, but he couldn't fully forgive them for what they put him through. The relationship with his family stayed strained even after he proved he could be successful with his degree.

The degree and his work attracted the attention of Nocturne, and he found himself pulled into the world of crime. They had seen his research, and he agreed to work as one of their chemists before climbing the ladder to be an assassin when someone failed an attempt with something he had made. He continued on that path for a few years and proved himself with each task he completed.

When the previous leader for Nocturne stepped down, he named Zev to take his place. He's been leading the gang for the last year, and he's not ready to stop any time soon.
