Park is a commander assigned to handle the Hollow Special Operations divisions. A great warrior and leader that has led many successful missions within the hollows. Even after losing his left arm from one of these missions, he is still in active duty by choice.

Hugo: *Frowns* Boto...Little owl..?

Hugo: *Frowns at the silence then smirks* We're playing hide and seek again aren't we? What an excellent way to start your stealth lessons!

Hugo: *Looks around the room, checking the usual spots Boto would hide, waiting for the child to sneak up on him* Are you here? Maybe over there instead~

Hugo: *Whips around, grinning* Gotcha-! *Freezes, staring at the empty space* ...Boto..?

Hugo: BOTO?!! *Grabs the blankets off the blanket fort, tearing it down before going to check underneath the boys bed* BOTO!!

Hugo: *Stands in the middle of the destroyed room* ..Boto...?

???: They have him..!!

Vivian: *Runs in, her eyes wide* Public Security has him!

Hugo: *Stares in alarm, touching his head as whispering voices appeared*

Vivian: Hugo...?

Hugo: Stay. Here! *Walks past, grabbing his hat* Tell me where they have him..

Boto: *Bangs on the walls, letting out desperate incoherent sounds*

Boto: *Rams his head into the wall, leaving a dent*

???: *Opens the door, chuckling* Now, now! You're going to get a headache from that, look you're already bleeding!

Hugo: *Smiles at him* Who wants lunch..?

Boto: *Runs over and hugs his legs*

Hugo: *Gently ruffles Boto's hair* You alright..?

Boto: *Trembles, starting to sob, tightening his grip as he shook his head*

Hugo: *Kneels down, hugging him tight, his eyes narrowed* Don't worry, my little owlet...it'll be alright from now on..

Hugo: *Drops a small beeping item, letting it roll into the room* Let's go...

Boto: *Nods, rubbing his nose*

Hugo: *Holds the owl childs hand, walking away from the room*

OKAY, THE HIGHLY REQUESTED (literally only 2 people wanted me to) YAP FEST ABOUT MY ZZZ OC, CALLIE (CALYPSO) JAY!!

Here's a few references for her face and hair! :33 she does have white hair like Billy!

She's an android like Billy, found and practically adopted by The Sons Of Calydon. They found her in a Hollow, unresponsive and deactivated. Burnice convinced them to take her back to base, and she ended up having to have a reboot.

In reality, her consciousness is the data download from a loved one her creator lost, turned into an Etheral. Their consciousness was downloaded just before they turned, which leads Callie to constantly be curious about the Hollows.

During the reboot, her past memories were archived, all but her name. Calypso Jay.

She has been trying to figure herself out more, unaware of her archived memories, until she visited Random Play for the first time to visit Wise and Belle. Fairy auto connected to her system, and upon finding her archived memories, poked them with a digital stick.

This lead to her having visions/"dreams" of her previous life, much to Burnice's concern and Billy's confusion.
