ok here are some cool zomcat facts™

- zomcat is a very old cat plush that has the heart of a real cat sewn into it, thus giving it life. it was savory's experiment to see if he could create sentience from a inanimate object and to him it only half-worked

- zomcat's stuffing has very very small pieces of brain inside for whatever reason, giving it very basic intelligence,,, this is extremely realistic and recreatable science 👍🏿

- zomcat HATES cleaver pet (octavia's cleaver keychain) because it thinks that cleaver pet is trying to take its title of mascot. cleaver pet has a thimble sized brain and doesn't care in the slightest

- zomcat loves meat. it can eat literally anything (i like to think that its stomach is a pocket dimension or something) but it loves raw meat the most, though it can only eat it with ketchup added

- zomcat is a name given by octavia - savory insists on calling it by its experiment number (E-222) but tavia thinks zomcat is cuter.

- zomcat can play the drums

- zomcat can only die if its heart is pulled out - an even then it can be reanimated by sewing in a new one

- its birthday is christmas day and i want the actual comic to have a whole chapter dedicated to its backstory

- aaaaand its favorite human is octavia!

been considering giving the three main crossassins, vivica, lunette, and needles, a little creature to mirror zomcat and truly make them the anti-main trio.... maybe a cute little angel dog???

does dr savory wear anything besides his labcoat and pet show disguise?

yes! he does have some extra outfits, but i haven't designed most of them yet. some include a beach outfit for a chapter involving volleyball, a winter outfit for a flashback chapter about zomcat, and a fancy dress with a fur for a chapter involving gambling!

!!!! which of uour ocs are good singers and which are Not

ooo i have a lot of singer ocs ,,, here are my good singers and not good singers

- clyde is the vocalist for oystar as well as the bassist and his whole deal is screaming the lyrics. he's pretty good at that eye think

- v-con on the other hand can't sing that well. he's ok at it and usually only adds small adlibs to oystar's songs

- mina is an underground idol and her whole thing is having a very bubbly voice (think like uuuuh maybe similar to callie from sploon but more relaxed). so she's a good singer who's amassed a small super-dedicated fanbase who would probably kill for her

- octavia actually has a nice singing voice and sometimes makes music with zomcat and onion under the band name death metal (its a pending title), with tavia on vocals and electric guitar, onion on bass and zomcat on drums. i think their music would probably sound similar to JOJ or kittie.

- novocaine has a good voice and sings evil girlboss villian songs written by cavity.

- meanwhile most of my ocs are otherwise intermediate at singing or don't really dabble in it but there are some seriously BAD singers in there, such as savory, who's voice is so bad it could probably kill, and nova and paro, who have no singing experience outside of group singing for school plays at like 6 years old. none of the starsaints kids can sing well but they'll all try their best if they have no choice but to

by the way zomcat was probably maybe the end of the daily-ish oc sheets as i have to focus on my super scary exams more ,,,, i hope u all enjoyed seeing my homegrown blorbos !! thanks for your support!! i'll still make and post them when i have free time tho :D
