Nicolas works with Worick under the alias of BENRIYA, taking various and often illegal jobs. They frequently assist officer Chad Adkins by taking out criminals that are out of his power to touch. Alex Benedetto has taken the position of Benriya’s secretary.

AU for those who aren’t familiar with / don’t want to use GANGSTA canon. Nicolas still grew up in the slum city of Ergastulum and was a child soldier during a civil war. He is a regular human, though still more proficient than most in battle. He is still deaf and has a drug addiction ( painkillers ) most likely spawned from countless injuries and hospital visits. He works as a lone mercenary and occasional arms dealer.

The city is filled with terror as a new threat has arisen. At least once a week, corpses of beaten victims have been found; all of them with mangled hands sectioned off by their knuckles. The bodies are mostly found in the slums but there have been several high-profile killings as well. So far the officials’ only lead is hearing jingling metal — like a keychain or necklace — shortly before their neighbors are found dead. The culprit is known by the name “the Twilight Killer,” after the time frame in which the attacks are supposed to occur.

BIOGRAPHY

Nicolas is a Twilight, the descendant of a human who used the Celebrer drug during war to enhance their physical capabilities. His father was a mercenary coommander and his mother was a prostitute as well as a Celebrer user. He currently works as a hired gun with his partner, Worick, under the name Benriya.

He is deaf and communicates through sign language. Rarely will he attempt to speak, only doing so if completely necessary ( or when aggravated ). What he lacks in hearing is made up for in eyesight; Nicolas has the eyes of a hawk and is very aware of his surroundings. He enjoys combat and messing with those who are weaker than him.

In combat, he is considerably faster than the average human and relies on vision to keep track of his enemy’s position. Because of this he will watch his opponent’s movements closely, almost never taking his eyes off them. Nicolas is also known to overdose on Celebrer. This is how he gained the A/0 rank; excessive stimulant provided by the pills numbs his sense of pain, which allows him to focus on tearing the enemy down. Because of this he neglects his injuries, and therefore frequents Dr. Theo’s clinic.
