What is seamless pipe?
Seamless pipe is a tube that does not have any welding seam. Seamless pipes are derived from solid steel that is in sheet or bar form and is formed into a solid round shape known as “billets” which are then heated and cast over a form such as a piercing rod to create a hollow tube or shell. Seamless Steel Pipe is made from a solid round steel ‘billet’ which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow tube.

What is the difference between seamless pipe and normal pipe?

Normal Pipe: - Normal pipe, also known as welded pipe, is made by joining two or more pieces of metal together with a weld. There are many different types of welded pipe, but the most common are electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe and submerged arc welded (SAW) pipe. ERW pipe is made by passing a sheet of metal through a high-frequency electric current, which melts the edges of the metal and fuses them together.
