Sea Tail Troubles
The Sea Tail, otherwise known as the Sea Fox, is a submarine-like transformation that Mecha Tails can take to help Tails traverse the water in Tails Adventures. A notable detail of it is that it has an orange stripe near the drill. This isn't the Sea Tail's first appearance, however. It's first appearance is within Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble, also known as Sonic and Tails 2. Something to note is between the two appearances, they share notable design differences from eachother. Such as the glass being wrapped in white toward the bottom of the glass, or the lack of the orange stripe on the Triple Trouble design. Below is an image showing the two Sea Tails.
(Triple Trouble's Sea Tail sprites were ripped by PixelMarioXP on The Spriters Resource) Curiously, however, in the Sonic Triple Trouble 16-bit remake by Noah Copeland, not only are you able to traverse an area strikingly similar to Tails Adventures' Lake Rocky, but you are also placed into the Sea Tail! (see image below.)
However, even though it is a remake of Triple Trouble, it uses Tails Adventures' Sea Tail. While not game-ruining, it is important to notice the differences between the two Sea Tails, considering that they come from different time frames.

Hello! Semi-putting aside my hiatus, I'd like to tackle my subject my own way, from what I know about Tails Adventures, Tails, and Sonic as a whole- as well as some interpretations! I apologize, as this isn't usually what I'll dabble into. Do not take my interpretations as fact. Now, I personally haven't seen the misinterpretation of Tails learning to fly when he meets Sonic, likely stemming from an interpretation Origins cutscene- but if we want to use recent canon- then look no further than in Prime- where the little fox didn't use his tails in the same way, likely stemming from the bullying! It is possible that the same had happened in mainline canon. Furthermore- Tails needs resources to make anything- It is possible that he may of went to Westside Island to gather resources- or had been doing so. Eggman's reach is far greater than the one of the Battle Kukku empire. The Battle Kukku empire had their people at the frontlines- and they had robots, sure, but none to the scale of Eggman's- one of the empires's robots being unable to move! Eggman, in Sonic 2- had a drilling car- had a mech that could submerge itself in lava- and of course, he had the Death Egg. By the time Tails got to the Battle Fortress- most of the Kukku birds had been deployed, and Tails had multiple tools to defend himself with. On Westside Island, he has *nothing* aside from his own body. I'll likely make another post about this tomorrow.. It is quite late where I am, and this post likely features some rambling.
Why Tails Adventure taking place before Tails meets Sonic makes sense
"Doesn't Tails learn to fly when he meets Sonic?" Now, I don't really know where this thought started, and if anyone knows if it's been officially stated, then let me know, but everytime I see media of Tails and Sonic meeting, he already knows how to fly (and also, he already knows how to fly in Sonic 2, which takes place immediately when Sonic meets Tails). In Tails Adventure, unlike other games, Tails is slower because he doesn't use advantage of his namesakes to go faster, so maybe instead of leaning to fly upon meeting Sonic, he simply learned to go faster
"But Tails shouldn't be this confident in fighting a literal army. Why is he still so insecure after the Cocoa Island incident?" Let's say that fighting against a literal army alone as a child and seeing people die in front of you isn't the best experience for all, even if you won
"But the manual says he lives at Cocoa Island. Why did he go to Westside, then?" Again, being part of a war isn't the best experience. Staying in Cocoa would've likely just reminded him of everything all over again
"But doesn't Tails start showing confidence on his inventions after he meets Sonic?" Yes, but that's a literal life or death situation, my guy
Anyways, this isn't an angry rant on why Sonic lore is flawed and whatnot, just proof that Tails Adventure before Sonic 2 makes sense (and please bring the Kukkus to modern media pleaspleasepleasepleasepleaaaaaase)

TailsTrivia Mod is taking a nap. Hold out, Mod!
Taking a break from posting, obviously. I've gotta build the queue, do some Tails Adventures sprite ripping, and give more of an identity to this blog!

Woah! A Chaos BOMB?!?!?!!!?!?!?!!?!
Within TALES, you can set the default item to be something other than the regular bomb. It also gives you the ability to set down an item box containing the it- however, since the bomb isn't intended to be picked up like this, its pick-up text uses the Chaos Emerald one.
No, you cannot perform Chaos Control with bombs. Don't try it.

Remote Bomb VS Remote Bomb
This is an image of a Remote Bomb sitting on spikes within Poloy Forest. The Mechakotik remake can't do this for two reasons. 1- Remote Bombs explode if stationary, and 2- Remote Bombs explode on spikes and walls. Whew, that's a lot of Remote Bomb mentions!

Nice try! There isn't anything up here either!
Within Poloy Mountain 1, the first encounter with Battle Kukku XVI, otherwise known as Speedy, will have platforms in the area. Upon revisiting the area upon Speedy's defeat, these platforms will be missing. There is nothing up there.
Here are images of the platforms during the Speedy encounter.
Here are images after the encounter, with the platforms missing. Seriously, there is nothing up there. Don't bother.

Hold on- Let me just shift to the side...
Within Volcanic Tunnel- there is an area where you go around to get to a spot where you need to use the Remote Bomb to exit the area. However- the falling platform in this section allows you to skip this small section, due to it letting you jump through it.
The Mechakotik remake does not let you do this.

Hey! You aren't supposed to see this!
Tails Adventures partially supports the SMS screen size. In the most areas it looks decently normal- but near all exits and all places where the camera boundaries aren't built for the screen size, it displays things you aren't meant to see. Below is a near-mid area screenshot.

Whoops I Slipped Into The Wall
Tails Adventures features two ledge climb states- short ledge climbs, and long ledge climbs. There exists an error with the short ledge climb state where the second frame will dig into the wall.

Whoops! Missing Post!
Apologies for missing yesterday's post. It's hard to keep this up for a little bit, especially since I don't have a queue- so further posts will be delayed until Saturday- where I'll include facts for the days I've missed. Daily posting will likely resume on Sunday up until the 22nd. In the meantime, asks will be answered.

Look-a-like Hammer ?!
In Sonic Advance 3, playing with Tails and Amy will give Tails his own unique Hammer. However, this hammer has a similar palette to his hammer from Tails Adventures.
However, these two hammers function differently. Sonic Advance 3's hammer can be used in flight and on the ground, while the Tails Adventures' hammer can be used in a jump and on ground, not being able to be used in flight. It is also much slower than the Sonic Advance 3 hammer and its hitbox hitting mostly above rather than hitting the ground.
Due to these differences, and the development of Sonic Advance 3's hammer being unknown, it may be a coincidence.
