こんにちは、Takashiです。 最近、光造形式の3Dプリンターを使う方が増えてきて嬉しい限りです。 ここを見ている方でも光造形式の3Dプリンターを検討している方もいることでしょう。 でも、どんな物が必要なのか分からない方もいることでしょう。 そこで、私が普段使っている物を紹介したいと思います。 まぁ、当然ながら3Dプリンターですよね。 今では、2万円だから購入できるのでハードルは下がっているのではないかと思います。 消耗品の事も考えて、検討するといいと思います。 光造形式の要となるLCDパネルは消耗品です。 入手しにくい機種もあるので気を付けましょう。 これが無いと始まりませんね。 レジン液です。 私はIPAで洗浄するタイプを使っていますが、今では水洗いできるレジンも多くなってきています。 初めて使う場合には水洗いの方が手軽かもしれません。 水温調整の出来る超音波洗浄機（Amazo…

光造形式3Dプリンターの温度管理は難しい

こんにちは、Takashiです。

11月だというのに日中はまだまだ暖かい静岡県藤枝市です。 とは言っても、朝晩は冷え込んでいますよ。

さて、以前に購入をお伝えした3Dプリンター。 毎日のように、ミニカーのホイールやタイヤ作りに頑張ってくれています。

この3Dプリンターを使いだしてから、私にとっては初めての冬を経験することになります。

寒くなるとレジンの粘度が上がってしまい、うまく印刷できなくなるようです。 確かに、朝一の出力では失敗が多くなってきました。

そこで、代理店さんにアドバイスをもらいました。 代理店さんも実際に3Dプリンターを業務で使っている方なので、とても心強いです。

そこでもらったのアドバイスは、『ハクキンカイロをレジンVATの後ろに置く』と言う事でした。 いやぁ、アナログ(笑)
