Baby Peter is a velcro baby (literally). He loves his Dad and will cling to him 24/7. He holds on tight with his baby hands whenever someone tries to take him from Tony and enjoys any form of holding even if it’s his father holding him like a football

He likes affection too. He loves kisses and will do his best to kiss his dad back but it ends up being more of a very gummy bite on his dad’s cheek

My dad is an Air Force veteran and was deployed in Iraq as an intelligence analyst after 9/11. He was talking to his friend (also a USM vet) about what some of their new people were saying at work about the bobbing in Iran and how they’re saying things like “can’t wait to see the Middle East!” And “Middle East here I come lol!” Which. I understand if you’re using dark humor to cope, but also please please do be mindful about veterans with PTSD or refuges whose lives were lost because of wars. Some of them don’t want people using their trauma as a punchline

i can’t help but think that tony invented time travel and finally got to rest, and now it’s peter that doesn’t get to. the curse got handed down, to the next man that felt like he wasn’t doing enough good with the gifts he was given.

and i think if tony knew that his freedom in death would mean peter becoming trapped in pressure and legacy, tony would have fought harder for his life
