this was... a very long month, and still, i felt very stagnant. some days were amazing-- i saw my boyfriend 13 times this month, i got a promise ring, i got a lot closer to God (and made some very, very hard decisions regarding such.) some days, however, were very rough. it felt like i was constantly doused in conflict, and, in turn, stressed 24/7. hopefully next month is kinder. <3
productivity tips i've learned:
✎ᝰ always have a snack & a glass of water ✎ᝰ reading glasses!! ✎ᝰ studying in public places (i.e. libraries) makes you feel & stay productive ✎ᝰto-do lists help keep track of stuff (+ tell you how much to reward yourself for your hard work!! checking off a tdl activates the reward system in your brain.)
