Is it true that tall people with large hands and long fingers have an advantage in learning how to play the guitar? I never got amazing but I always thought that the long fingers and large hands felt “in the way”. #tbt to when I looked like a complete maniac - but a whole lot stronger.. - Lesson learned over the years is that working out is like brushing your teeth; you have to do it (almost) every morning and make it an unconscious part of life. - If I take the foot of the pedal just a little bit, my body deflates. So you might as well get to a point, where you don’t necessarily love it, but you still do it. Over and over. Year in, year out. - Oh, and the boxes I’m holding is meal prep. 75% of gains for slim, tall guys like me is going to come from enough healthy food.
