Utah!
Many if not all of you already know but we are back in Utah! We’ve been back a few weeks now but didn’t want to post on here that we were coming back because we wanted to surprise some family and friends.  So first we took the train from the SLC airport to my sister’s house to surprise her...but nobody was home. So we ended up sitting on her porch for about 1.5 hours before she got back and I quickly knocked on the door when I heard movement inside. My nephew opened the door with Jess behind and she was so shocked! She just stood there looking so so confused and kept saying why are you here? So I had to go inside to hug my shocked sister. It was really funny. When Enrique got home a bit later we were just about to be napping on the couch (I think we’re finally old-we were totally exhausted after flying!) and the look on his face was great too. It was nice to hug family and surprise all them. Then we went to my mom’s. Aaaand nobody was home. Or at least answered the door. So we went in and went downstairs to see if my brother was home and he was so we just stuck our heads around the door at him and he said “yo!” in a confused and very surprised way. :) Then we were chatting upstairs when my mom walked up and you could see her face go from “who is in my house” to “that looks like Rainy” to “OH MY GOSH IT’S RAINY”. Complete with her eyes just about buggin out of her head. It was great.  We both later surprised some good friends which was awesome.
So now what is probably your question. Don’t worry, it’s our main question too. But we do have some things figured out and some ideas about the future. We will be living in Logan Utah for a little over a year while Trevin goes to an automotive school to learn some new skills and follow a new dream of his. My dream? I dunno what that involves with work but some bits of it involve not having to say goodbye to friends after 6 months and finally having a job for more than 6 months! How cool does that sound! Kinda grown up, right? Now that’s freaky. But at least we’ll be giving a more “normal” life a try. But who knows...maybe we’ll go back to our “normal” after that. Only time will tell.
I’m not sure how often if at all I’ll post on here and several people have said when I post they don’t get notifications so who knows if anyone will even read this but at least until the next adventure, adios amigos. :)

Walkabout Wildlife Park!
So many cool animals!! We petted so many and they are soft! We didn't touch the Tasmanian Devils...you don't touch those guys. The wombat was cool. He liked his blanket. And did you spot the lil joey? We spent all day here learning about the awesome animals in Australia.

We thought it would be cool to ski in the southern hemisphere but there was hardly any snow at the resort so we walked around and did some shopping and had dinner. Beautiful area and cool to see Australian mountains!

I forgot to post about this from a while ago while we were on the South Island. We did some caving and underground rafting (on tubes)! While floating there were millions of glow worms above us and it was incredible!

So. We sold the van! This is the last picture we have with it and all our stuff packed up. We sold it to a nice kiwi that was wanting to take his son on a trip and maybe do a year off to explore his own country! We're glad we found him to take care of our van.

Just a great picture of Trevin and a rainbow.
Trevin says I should title this "When Trevin sings it's just like rainbows."
Which title is your favorite?

Hot water beach!
So there is a hot river that runs through this beach and you go out at low tide and dig a hole ant hot water fills it! It's hot, not just warm and it's lovely. We got there at 7am so it wasn't too busy. And it's just so nice dipping in the cold ocean then getting in a natural hot pool you built yourself! So fun and relaxing.

Geeking out time.
Trevin finally finished the LOTR books so we have been in Middle Earth mindset for a while now.
First two pictures are from Weta Workshop tour. Weta does design and effects for tons of movies but most famously the Hobbit trilogy and the LOTR movies.
Then...Hobbiton! So much fun! Bilbo and Frodo's hole with the no admittance sign and Sam's hole is the yellow door. Then we enjoyed a drink at the Green Dragon, a tasty ginger beer for us!
