Steph- She doesn't want kids, ever. She insists that she's the cool aunt instead.

Duke- Has one kid in his early thirties who he loves with his whole heart.

Tim- A baby is left on his doorstep, and a few years after that Jason just shoves a traumatized little girl at him and says she's his daughter now.

Damian- He adopts two children in his late twenties, and later on they bring home a new sibling despite his weak protests.

Cass- She has four children. She works hard to give them the childhood she was denied.

Dick- He has at least six kids. Half of them are bio kids, half are adopted, all of them get away with so much nonsense it's ridiculous. One of them eventually ends up as the next Robin to Cass as Batman.

Jason- He stopped keeping count after the twentieth child just moved into his house. He curses the fact that he turned out like his father at every family reunion.

(I want kids but I'm in no place right now, fiscally or emotionally, to have any :( so I'm projecting)

Kids just show up at Jason’s house at some point. At least nine of his kids brought home another kid and said “this is my sibling now” and they all just went with it.

it's been a hot second since the film came out so i think it's finally time to admit that the IT sequel telling us bill hader is gay by showing us flashbacks of child him getting called slurs and then having his childhood crush graphically murdered by an alien clown and then ending on him crying over the man he loved while the voice over of the guy who offed himself over it all tells him "u should have just come out instead u coward lol" was actually hysterically funny. avant-garde comedy. did leave the cinema literally fuming at the time but looking back on it yea it was kind of a good goof

I imagine they’d all think it was hilarious, and the younger batkids would totally help him keep the secret from batman. Idk. I just think that’d be kind of fun to read.

Ok so as adults they may not mesh as smoothly as they did when they were kids.

This is because miniseries Ben is a lot more confident yet low key kinda self destructive because he’s a mess

2019 Ben is more put together but still soft spoken and gentle yet still very passionate about what he’s done in life

So there would be a bit of a clash but it’s easy for them to work around.

Both are equally proud of the other for getting in shape and being at the weight they are at

Definitely still quietly in love with Beverly but it’s fine they’re fine

Definitely don’t envy each other’s run ins with the clown.

Beverly!

Ahhh some clashing again because two different people

Bev (2019) is a lot more independent and put together as a person where Beverly (mini) is a bit more dependent on the others and her life is kinda all over

Also post escape Bev is really not having it and would probably be snippy with Beverly

Beverly would probably try to find some comfort in Bev after they both escaped their abusive exs

They eventually bond a bit over their exs and get closer

Bev helps Beverly stand for her own against others without the boys

Bill!

Ah yes the dynamic duo of same bitch different fonts.

Though 2019 Bill would so make fun of miniseries Bill’s ponytail. Please it’s so bad

Ok so they would have that sibling esc relationship again because Yknow Eds (2019) is a sassy quick witted germaphobe and Eddie (mini) is a soft spoken anxiety man who needs a hug

The instant reconnect of the sibling duo and Eddie being the little driver and just being mildly annoyed with Eds loud mouth and retorts

Both stitch together like glue and it’s great as they protect each other

Both talk about their boyfriends

So happy to be reunited with everyone again and 100% walk out of there alive on Richie and Trashmouth’s shoulders because I need happy endings

Mike!

Ok they definitely don’t hit it off as well this time. Mike (2019) is a bit Uh off his rocker uhm and Mike (mini) is a bit worried about him

Uhm they need to have a sit down conversation please Mike needs some help

One handled being alone in Derry better than the other and it’s ok

Very Uh close but mildly concerned

One is the therapist the other needs therapy that’s the dynamic there buddies it’s ok

Ah the Trashmouths unite!

Both are fucking cowards at the start but honeslty me too boys.

They are so viscerally unhappy about that though but hey best friend promise

They both look at each other then back at the building and just “fuck”

They are not having a good time being there because they remember all of the fun trauma before everyone else

They go along with the plan and they are fucking struggling and ready to get the fuck out of dodge.

They do. Barely. Their mental health is in the tank but they are going to fucking therapy because hey they know better than to let that fester.

so you know at the end of ch2 when the losers get eddie out just in time to save him? god im imagining them as they’re cleaning up in the quarry, richie gently carrying eddie to the shore and tenderly washing the blood off his face,,, quietly talking to him to keep him awake,,, telling him it’s going to be okay,,, eddie can’t move or speak much but he can whisper richie’s name and when richie leans down to listen eddie tilts his head up and gently kisses him,,, with the little energy he has left he whispers “thank you... for saving me... i love you...” and richie just smiles as his heart finally feels full for the first time in 27 years and he replies with an i love you too and holds eddie a little closer
