The YOURSELF skin in John Doe is pretty wacky, isn't it? Able to cosplay as anyone! What If it had lore significance? I've got you covered, friend.

The YOURSELF skin is more-so a time where JOHN DOE identifies whoever is last and decides to morph into their most beloved , whether it be a loved one or family , he'd do it without a heartbeat to lessen and weaken the last man standing . Or last enby idfk

Each character has a different person he transforms into! I'll get to explaining right away.

NOOB! - The presence turns eerie, and silence eventually becomes deafening loud as Noob can see within the distance JOHN DOE transforming into their long lost friend, whom they had departed with long ago. Guest 666 BUT! JOHN DOE specifically picks what Guest 666 looked like before their whole catastrophe had happened, which makes Noob ten times more sadder and frankly, skittish, which poses as a even harder threat yet also easier, as Noob's attention span decreases when they're sad yet their survival instincts kick in upon being 50% or lower, identifying the entity chasing them as NOT their friend. Regardless, JOHN DOE rates the chase a 6/10, meaning he doesn't often do it.

BUILDERMAN! - This one is situational , depending on if a SHEDLETSKY was in the round, if he was then the room becomes ten times hotter, flames igniting beneath both of their feet as it slowly chips away at BUILDERMANS hp but never allowing him to sink beneath 70 HP, forever allowing him to feel the ignited burns and ashes against his skin as he stares at JOHN DOE who has now turned into his best friend, the one he swore a oath with, now staring back at him with three claw marks dampening his once smiling face, turning it into a mix of flesh and bone, you could catch glimpses of his skeleton barely guarded by his meatier layer of skin. his chest being covered with meshes of code that switch out the text to BLAME JOHN on his shirt to messages to toy with buildermans mind, such as : "why didnt you save me?" "i thought we were friends!" "come on, why wont you die with me?" BUILDERMAN finds this horrifying, and after every match he will instantly go over to shedletsky and grab ahold of his face, pressing it and making sure he's alive.

Fun fact! JOHN DOE uses the FIREBRAND as a replacement of his coded up arm, texturing and decoding his own code to make it look like the FIREBRAND to mess with BUILDERMAN! JOHN DOE rates this 9/10, he enjoys the flames that burn him since they make him feel ALIVE.

SHEDLETSKY! - "But!! 1x1x1x1!!" I have other words! JOHN DOE knows of 1x1x1x1, but due to 1x4s lack of knowledge for morse code (remember this for later) he cannot communicate with him! So, instead, he will become BRIGHTEYES! Mimicking her exact appearance all down to the package! (yes he can do that, JOHN DOE as a individual is a shapeshifter due to the code paralyzing his body, he needs to constantly change himself to keep himself going.) AND Shedletsky SOMETIMES lowers his guard, but thats because he's too busy LAUGHING at JOHN DOE! REALLY? DID YOU THINK SHEDLETSKY, THE EPITOME OF HAPPINESS AND THE TOTAL OPPOSITE OF 1X4 WOULD BE MISERABLE??? NO!! john doe rates this 1/10 hed rather just kill him.

007N7! - JOHN DOE LOOOVES this one, its his FAVORITE! watching the FEAR start to spread onto his face as he watches JOHN DOES skin change and morph into his own kid with the arm slowly becoming a fake version of the C00LGUI is HORRIFYING to him. And its not like he's the awkward fleshy version, no, JOHN DOE cosplays as the past version. the son he recognized. the son he adored. cherished, wholeheartedly. Now they're playing tag just like they used to this time with a corrupted coded version of c00lkidd, mocking 007n7 for his fear. 10/10, would JOHN DOE again.

ELLIOT! - Poor, poor, pizza boy, he should've played his cards better! Unfortunate how he watched each survivor collapse, awwwwwh!! I'd PITY you if I COULD. HAHAHAH AAANYWAYS. HAH. HAH The layout suddenly teleports to YORICKS, but it isn't YORICKS! IT'S A MANSION! A HAUNTED mansion that elliot KNOWS. And his sisters out the front door, waiting for him! she normally is QUITE the shut-in little girl, but this time she wants to play hide and seek! if elliots agile enough, he wins! if he isn't, he dies! 5/10, JOHN DOE is a cheater.

I'll save him for last, he is the last guest afterall, it wouldn't be just to do him right now.

TWOTIME! - [to be honest i could give lesser than a shit about twotime so sorry if this ones lackluster.] The area is filled with the scent of rotten, bodies rejuvenating and then rotting back again surround them, the area becomes less of a chase and more of a battlefield, and its surrounded by nightshades, each delicate and gentle- but if TWOTIME touched them, it'd ring a single line of dialogue within their head.  "what have you done..?" JOHN DOE is aware of the second life- and knows what TWOTIME is capable of, and instantly morphs into AZURES past form and his movement is slowed but more calculated than anything. It is man versus murderer, but JOHN DOE is less of a man than the murderer standing infront of him. 4/10 john doe hates a non chase.

CHANCE! - A soft footstep deafens the air, the world becomes a shift of code before it all dissolves and chance is falling within the sky, the footstep- each one is a beat and there are spaces- then he realizes he hears another footstep communicating back. JOHN DOE's appearance does not shift or sway, and theres no leaning off awkwardly to the side anymore. Chance finds his gun and shakily points it in JOHN DOES direction, and as his hands quake one last time the shaded figure mocks him with humble laughter.

laughter that is not a mimic, a duplicate. His heart stops.

" Now watch us play our part Now watch us dance and sing Don’t let it break your heart Just play along and never scream- "

It is familiar. It is not corrupted, coded, mixed with other dialogue it is clear and concise .

Then he realizes the iced glint. The iced glint slowly reveals into a iced crown. pure and defining of materialistic wealth in chances eyes.

Chances poker face falters, his whole demeanor shifts and he cant fickle around with his coin anymore, and he appears hesitant to the player as dialogue began to speak as they're forced to press on near the light.

" I don’t think he’s down there . "

Chance stares directly at the device the player is playing on, he takes off the shades and his eyes stare with a trembling frown.

" Please, you must trust me! "

The player forces chance to go towards the light. The only dialogue he will repeat from now on is one singular line.

" I don’t wanna go in there. "

each line will become raspier as he approaches the crown, more hoarse and near tears but he is never allowing himself to cry.

The game mode changes. a gun that is shaking within chances grasp is reloaded by a entity, and the room flips into a small round table with a black screened man idling in-front of him.

" We get to play all day But can we play my way? Got another game So can you try it with me? "

THE LAST GUEST. - oh boy. oh god. The whole world shifts, the code mingling with the faintest of memories in Guest 1337s mind before he realizes where he is, the same dirty sand and the bullets that are small spikes dash and blaze right past him Guest 1337 is sent and realizes the body that normally was Matts was no longer there at where he was sitting, so finding his own pathway he walks over to the spot he had tragically died in, the corpses of bacons scattered across the heavy desert winds and each one having their unique deaths; bashed in heads, bullets drilled into them in all compartments, and other aliases, some were manhandled by their own people. Guest finds it grim yet presses on, finally - Guest 1337 approaches the same area which he had died at and glared down at the grenade, bending down and grasping it tightly before he looks up and his face drops to a sheer horror.

the man staring back at him, a uncanny smile, not like the casual smirk he recognized. His heart drops and he realizes that military outfit matched his down to the wire. The man was tan-skinned, and had brown hair and there was a few bullets lodged in his military uniform, each one marking a cold remembrance to Guest 1337 of his one failure. while he managed to protect the rest of the guests, he never saw if he saved Matt.

Then the chase begins. John Doe finds this chase odd, as Guest 1337 appears more hesitant to punch yet never hesitates to block at any time he needs to, the charge serves its own purpose. John Doe prefers it normal, so then guest doesn't hesitate so badly.

John Doe never understood bonds of best friends. 4/10

While he would definitely hesitate to punch, perhaps just once would be necessary. Just one time. Just to get to safety. Just to catch his breath. Just to not die to the hands of his own best friend.

He punches 'Matt' in the chest. Just before he can get away, he hears John Doe's last resort. A faint heartbeat.

A familiar heartbeat.

A dying heartbeat.
