Interview Task

Hi, I’m TaraYummy and I don’t know why the fuck I have to answer these questions but like. We’re here I guess? So sit back, relax, and enjoy the mental image of me crying because I don’t wanna do this. Check below the cut. 

what have you been doing to pass the time? anything new you’ve discovered, or significant events that have unfolded in your life?

Passing time? You mean time is real and not a social construct meant to make us all feel like we’re not accomplishing anything ever? Anyway. Uh. Well, I adopted Sugar at the beginning. Recently just got back from a trip to Kansas. I went with a friend to celebrate the fourth. We went and rode horses, explored old train tracks, and set off fireworks in front of his family’s house. I’m getting ready to take a trip to Maryland, back home, to see my parents for a few days but then it’ll be back here to LA for my birthday which is at the end of the month. A friend of mine was killed in a car crash not long ago so I guess that should be mentioned? I dunno. Things have been weird. 

if 100 people in your age group were selected randomly, how many do you think they’d find leading a happier life than you?

Probably a fair few. I’ve been dealing with some really messy stuff as of late and like. I know I have Sugar and my friends but... Ya girl gets lonely without someone to love on, y’know? Not that the whole stalker situation would allow for that anyway.

has any one person ever made you so angry that you couldn’t forgive them?

Nah. I don’t get mad that easy, oddly enough. Like not that kind of mad. I’m actually really chill for the most part. I do get my feelings hurt easy but I don’t get mad.

if a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future, or anything else, what would you want to know?

I have a few things I’d wanna know and since you didn’t limit me to one, I’m gonna say them all. First and foremost, I’d wanna know why genetics said I could only be fuckin’ 4′11″. I’m sick of the short jokes. I’d wanna know when I’m gonna find love. Not who I’m gonna love but when I’m gonna find them. I like surprises but I’m also impatient. And I’d really wanna know how I’m ever gonna figure out who my stalker is and what they want from me.

what’s the fondest memory you have of a person you haven’t talked to in ages?

I honestly don’t have one? I guess I just... I always talk to everyone? I mean there was this one time I asked a guy to look at my teeth? I don’t think that’s a fond memory but I’m scared of dentists so that was a thing that happened.

what do you attribute the biggest successes in your life to? How about your largest failures?

You know, I really don’t know how to answer this and I think that’s because I don’t have that many massive successes? Or failures either? I’m actually kinda just... Average.

what is the worst/funniest thing you have done drunk, but don’t remember doing?

Throwing it back to the tooth story. I was at playlist and I was massively drunk. I saw this tik tok dentist guy, thebentist, and asked him to see if I had any cavities. He was a really good sport about it, though, because even without his tools he just went ‘Nah, you’re good’ and my friend tells that story at every party we go to.

the scariest thing you went through this year? tell us the valuable life lesson you learned with it? if you learned…

I found my best friend dying on the side of the road from an accidental overdose. I was able to get him to a hospital in time and he’s fine now but... I dunno. It was really horrible and it just kinda reaffirmed the whole ‘make sure your friends are okay’ mentality I’ve always had. Yeah. That was a night.

I cant believe I found Remington in a fucking ditch, half dead from an overdose. These fucking curveballs? Really need to s t o p. Right now. Remington isn't allowed to die. He isn't. He can't. He's like a brother to me. He has to be okay.

Corey La Barrie... a friend. A part of my extended family. He's gone and we're all grieving over that.

Spent all day cleaning with help. Everything is back to how it should be.

Spent the night with friends last night. Honestly it was kinda everything I needed. One of them fed me an edible to calm me down after everything and I mellowed out fast. I needed it. I just. Dont know what I'm gonna do about this stalker. If I cant get a hold on it and end it, I have a feeling I'm gonna end up dead. That shit scares me so much.
