I got a Dexa scan & and RMR test and the result shook me 😭 my resting metabolic rate is 1219 calories. Lean muscle is less than 80lbs…excuse me?! My body was literally eating itself. Stopppp.
Girls focus on yourself please. just lift weights regularly, eat whole food (if you’re eating less than 1500 calories a day your body is deteriorating) and have compensated sex or be celibate.
Protect your energy. Preserve your energy and beauty for yourself because the way free labor/energy is extracted from women increases our cortisol & makes us ugly, fat & sick.
I’m so happy now that I only focus on my well being. I exercised for 142 mins today and I feel amazing.
—————- On another Note ——————-
I admire how women in ancient civilizations were more communal and women focused. They gathered together in little tents during their periods and were isolated from men. We need to bring this back. Biologically men need our energy—and we should only provide it in short intervals while preserving the most sacred forms for ourselves. Truthfully the best connections are those where the men have permitted you to use their energy in transmutation & and they yours. It’s a mutual transmutation & it cause both bodies to expand and grow. Very few men are at the level that this could be accomplished.
