About 2 years ago. I was diagnosed with panic disorder.

At the time, I was exhausted both at work and in my personal life and had little time to rest.

Since then, I haven't had many bad attacks, and things have been relatively calm, and I thought I would be back to my normal routine for a while.

However, this week, I had another attack. There are a few things that come to mind. Looking back, the situation is similar to two years ago. I haven't changed at all.

I am pathetic.
