UNILATERAL STRENGTH AND POWER π₯ Unilateral loading is a very important aspect in tennis conditioning. The tennis players have to continuously load the lower limbs unilaterally ( load distribution ratio 70:30 approximately) during their sports performance, so the ability to generate power, strength and capability of balance and stability must be trained on one leg.
