I’m one pound shy from my first goal. Not bad. Also, I got a fever again (ugh) so I think I’m really like 137-138 due to dehydration and low appetite. I’ll still take it as a win :)
New symptoms
- fever of 100.5 102.2
- mild sinus congestion
- throat discomfort
- general fatigue
- raging headache (possibly from being dehydrated)
I took AdvilPM and just woke up from it. That’s the second time in my life taking diphenhydramine-pain reliever pills. I had to. I had a really bad headache and felt it better for me to sleep it through while my body fixes itself (I ate a couple bites of food and drank some water with it).

Last night/early this morning I ran a fever of 103+. I lost my thermometer since then so I have no idea what it is now but I don’t feel as “hot”. However, my body continues to ache a lot and I have a crazy headache. I move so slowly because my muscles and joints hurt. It took ALL my strength to get out of bed this morning. I even think I was delirious last night/this morning. I was saying nonsense and moaning.
I just did a covid test about half an hour ago and will get my results in a few hours.
My symptoms:
- left-sided pleuritic chest pain (causing shallow breathing)
- joint pain
- muscle pain
- extreme fatigue
- chills
- high fever last night (but today I may just have a low level fever)
I don’t have a cold, runny nose, or coughs.

UGW: 120 - by May 1
Would go lower but I’ve noticed anything lower than 120 and I struggle to have the stamina to study. I think 120-125 will be my ultimate lifelong weight.
