First, let me began with an apology because of my sickness. I am not able to record you a video response, however, I hope you will accept this written one instead.  When I first watch your sequence video. I thought it was overall a great video. Then I began to watch it a few more times and, perhaps you could lighten up your shots just a bit so it wouldn't seem so dark at moments then lighter at other moments.  There're times when some shots look a bit dim like at the beginning but, right at 0:06 the room began to lighten up. At 0:52 there's a glare of light over the entire shot. Try focusing your camera before you start shooting. with focusing the camera you direct your light straight to your main source or object. You could shoot your object or main source away from the light but, still, make sure to focus your camera on the object you want the light to be drawn to. Also in small rooms or areas, you'll find that it doesn't take a lot of light to get that area to be lit up.

Have you ever thought about shooting some of your shots for your sequences in natural sunlight?  It's the best lighting in my opinion with natural sunlight it will balance the main object or person you are shooting as well as light up the surrounding area. And you'll have a crystal clear picture. You could also shoot in a bigger area or a brighter area. For example, a room that has more bright colors like white or yellow.   I like your detailed shots they were very cleared and neatly done. I also like the set up of one person having a very chilled out day doing activities that are fun and relatable nicely done.  I'm looking forward to seeing your next project.
