I really really enjoyed the stellar firma finale. After the season 2 qna implying the potential of a tragic ending, David finally having the power to protect themself and live out his dreams without worrying about their life being in danger is just... nice. And despite Trexel, Hartro, and David being sort of friends by the end, it feels sort of right that they're not with him in victory. Maybe they'll meet again, but until then, David has time to figure themself out as a person. Also, Trexel and Hartro were equally part of the people who hurt and oppressed David directly so to have them shut out of the space ship along with the rest of the leaders feels right.

This is nothing to say about the ending to the company, Stellar Firma. Imogen suggesting that David change it from the top down, but them refusing on the basis that the company is too broken? Good shit there.

Plus SF going out cursed as usual with A.L.E.X. bot. Can't forget the cursed, hilarious energy of A.L.E.X. bot talking about productivity.

All in all, amazing finale, amazing show. Twas a good time all around and I can't wait to see what yall do next.

the conceit of stellar firma is genius because they’ve completely avoided all annoying accusations of being scientifically inaccurate or having dumb solutions by just having the canon explanation that the characters are shockingly bad at their job

At some point I’ll draw something other than Modern Mando AUs - but that’s a challenge for another day.  This started off as just tired Din (+ Grogu of course) but ended up turning into a Dinluke AU in my head somehow. 

What I’ve got so far is: 

Grogu’s approaching kindy/school age so Din’s currently working multiple jobs in a desperate push to save up as much as possible to get him into the best school he can.

That’s to say - the poor guy is in a more or less constant state of exhaustion at the moment. 

He and Grogu live at the end of the train line so his transit routine at the moment is walk an extra couple of blocks from the office he’s temping at to get on at the start of the line and claim a seat, set up a nature video for the kiddo, and try to get at least an hour of nap-time on the train so he’s sort of awake for his night gig (bouncer for Boba and Fennec’s Palace or pick-up Mechanic for Peli, depending on the day). 

Luke’s also heading way out Din’s way because he’s staying with Han and Chewie for the moment (1 part ‘living up like the old days’ 1 part ‘trying to smooth things over between Han and Leia again after the latest tiff’.)

I’m gonna say that he’s a teacher, because that seems to be the trend (and I love it!)

He’s not a massive fan of the trip time but the cute guy and his adorable little kid that he keeps finding himself running into definitely makes the situation a bit more bearable. 

He’s been practicing his sign language skills with the kiddo - who’s very chatty the second he realises Luke understands him. 

Queue Grogu being the best little wingman there ever was, in spite of sleeping beauty snuffling away back there not helping in the slightest.

Queue Luke sort of falling very hard for Grogu’s dad in spite of never having actually met the guy when he’s, you know, awake.

Best Jeanist being more upset about Dabi/Touya “using” the domestic abuse that he, his siblings and his mother went through and suffered from to “ruin hero society” than about the fact that ENDEAV*R IS A FUCKING ABUSER THAT HAS RUINED HIS ENTIRE FAMILY’S LIVES, is literally one of the biggest fucking proofs that the hero society is FUCKING BULLSHIT.

silly bnha idea: in elementary or middle school izuku looked for a 'quirkless support group' as in, a group to help quirkless people in a quirk-centric world. he made a lot of good freinds! the catch? theyre almost all older than yagi(bc most of the quirkless population is old). izuku has many quirkless pseudo-grandparents who WILL fight AFO themselves in order to protect their little sunshine child. even after he 'develops a quirk late' hes still one of them bc he spent SO LONG without one

Giving Izuku multiple dads is OUT, giving him a boatload of grandparents is IN
