Mod Kylie: I'm considering making a series specifically hosted on this blog. All the writing would be published in tumblr posts and it'd be a plurality story. I'm still trying to find my written voice, we all are. Maybe posting on Tumblr and forcing ourselves to be... I guess, seen... would help us find it.

I never understood the phrase "just write something." Write what? I dig myself into a hole pretty fast if I just write "something." Do I plan before I write? How much do I plan? Do I need to test my plan for flaws or do I just write and pray I don't run into a bunch of little plot holes along the way I have to meticulously fix and back track for??? Genuine question actually, how the fuck do people start their first chapter.

Still working on what I want this blog to be. I know I want to make content of some kind, something people can find interest in besides my rambling, but what kind of content?
...I guess, we wanted to keep a journal about the trials and tribulations of trying to write one's first (completed) manuscript, but again, that's just yapping.
So is this, this post is me yapping. Look at me, Mr. Yapster, talking about nothing...
I suppose I could write shorts. Create a mini-series on here...That could be fun. Something that's mediocre quality but kinda fun to read though, you know?
Maybe I'll do both.

The Team
A group of three (out of many) creatively-inclined alters with dissociative identity disorder.
Kylie (he/him): A theatre kid and our socializer, Ky is technically our project director, though the responsibility of figuring out what to do next is shared by everyone. He's just the best at stepping back and looking at the bigger picture. He's also the main manager of this page.
Endra (she/her): Co-host and a literary analysis enthusiast, Endra is our designated illustrator, researcher, road-mapper, and is learning to become a story editor.
May (she/her): Fellow co-host and professional daydreamer, May is the primary writer and drafter of our projects. She and Endra often team up to make ideas flow and get haphazard scenes to work out.

Software, Accounts, and Tools We Use
For planning, drafting, and manuscripting: 1: Notion (links to their webpage, but Notion does promote AI. It's also technically for business... According to the site it doesn't scrape your writing but I'm looking for alternatives anyway.) 2: Various physical notebooks 3: Reedsy Editor (free) 4: Dropbox Paper (Because Google Docs scrapes your writing for Gemini. There is no way to turn it off.)

For drawing: Clip Studio Paint EX, Huion Kamvas pro 19.
