Collaboration in children’s homes has a social character. What effect on the social climate?
What form of collaboration do we find in children's homes with a social character? Does the collaboration have an effect on the social climate of the structure and of these actors? Here are my questions of departure which led me to do a research within the Gaillardie children's home in Toulouse. My thesis seeks to discover how groups are organized and in what forms. By relying on the theoretical framework of group dynamics, I carried out an observation for a month with a multidisciplinary team during their educational meeting. I also carry out interviews with the actors of this structure. In addition to this theoretical framework, I would like to see if collaborative practices are put in place and what their effects are on the social climate of the actors and the structure. The first analyzes revealed in a first several groups within the structure of which the two main ones are the management team and the educational team. When it comes to their practices, several forms are present: partnership, cooperation and collaboration. I would advise you to advance my thesis.
