[laughs and shields herself from the water] You shoulda been on your guard! Seriously, have you forgotten everything I've taught you? [dives into the water and comes up behind her, sending a mini tidal wave over her]

Heh, no need to sound so hostile. Gotta say though... you still look shady. [smirks and sits on the sand near him]

[turns to the voice and nods once, recognising the boy from before] Hey, Tidus, was it? Everything's just fine. You gonna be joining us at the beach today?

I suppose making an effort to know people around here wouldn’t hurt.

It’s okay, I had fruit~ [scrunches her nose and smiles] I will, I promise! I built a shelter, like you taught me. [sheepishly tugs on one of her curls] The first one… kind of fell apart, but then someone helped me fix it up! I even decorated it with flowers~ Come on, I’ll show you. [grabs her hand and tugs, breaking into a small skip]
