i think we should stop policing lycanthropes / character IRLs / anyone who is delusional. unless it directly impacts them or someone else harmfully, WHAT is the issue?

that’s right .. there isn’t one. i’ve heard it from multiple people with delusions (and i am one myself), and it’s the same sentiment - “my delusions make me feel more comfortable in my body / more like myself”. unless someone wants to sort out their delusions, nonharmful ones don’t need to be fixed.

i love how people say shit like 'u can't like zero day. it's based on a true event'. right, but the murderers you idolise in movies are exempt from this. many male murderers seen in film possess the traits ted bundy did, but that goes unsaid. murder had to happen for it to appear in movies, and that goes for school shootings, too (an act of murder too but i digress). yes, zero day is very much inspired by the columbine massacre, loosely, and is still a work of fiction. i see no issue in liking cal and andre and the complexities of their characters, motives, and such. its tiring hearing shit like 'im idolising and wanting to follow in the footsteps of shooters', when i care more about the characters for who they are than the actions they undertake in the movie
