I love the way that Buffalo Hunter Hunter portrays vampires; if you drink only from a certain animal for long periods of time, you start to grow traits of that same animal. In this case, Good Stab was drinking so many deer, he started growing antlers.

Hence, if he wanted to continue looking like a person, he had to drink from people. And just like vampires in IWTV, he cries blood. :D
