I want a cg but I actually do not want them to set rules with me at all. Do not punish me, do not restrict me, that is the source of my trauma in the first place. Instead I'd rather they gently remind me of the rules I already have for myself. Remind me to take my meds, let me know its bedtime, suggest when Im hyperfocused that I take a break. I don't want to be controlled I just want to be encouraged.
