NOX  is 27, is politically averse to the concept of having a gender and is offended if you even assume they have one, has somewhere around 45-someodd implants or enhancements of all kinds big and small, and got their cybernetic eyes from a shady supplier called noface. their best friend the spider (played by sean astin god bless) does all the installations and like, is doing his fucking best to save nox’s life but is quickly realizing he cannot! 

they work stock at a shady outdoor market/grocers in a shitty part of town, the pressure and paranoia and irritation of the eyes plus a shitty customer yelling in their face made them fucking. snap : ) and literally crush his skull with their bare hands : ) and then panic and cut him into tiny pieces and hid him in with the meat counter at said grocers. and then the panic of OH GOD I KILLED SOMEONE MY EYES ARE INFECTED THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS EVERYONE KNOWS THEY SAW ME THEY’RE AFTER ME THEY’RE GONNA CATCH ME HOLY SHIT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-

also funny story! you spend enough time with nox and you’ll hear stories about the illustrious and menacing spider. he has massive appendages, robotic arms sprouting from a brace attached to his spine and nervous system, that he uses to install and operate on his victims clients. he’s the one that put all nox’s mods in, and he’s damn good at what he does. they talk him up all big and terrifying and then you meet him and he’s 

adorable.
