Starting Up for Real
Starting up requires a considerable amount of courage, patience, hard work, and dedication. Starting up isn't an easy task, it doesn't happen overnight with magic; we have to undergo a lot of complex and mysterious processes. And speaking of process, every start-up starts with one aspect and that would be: an idea. This is the very primary step, generating an idea. By that, we have to consider amount loads of things like its benefits, features and the size of its market opportunity.
In the past week, we have gathered the team. From that meeting, each member had set their expectations and identified their roles in the team. Also, we have shared some ideas and insights about things. We have taken the pandemic into consideration and as an opportunity to create a start-up idea. The team had taken the first step, and we look forward to the opportunities and further processes that we have to take.

My Self - Assessment ♥
Hi there!
Welcome to my blog! And for the very first one, I would like to introduce myself. I think you would agree if I say that it is quite hard to write about yourself. Well, allow me to make myself known to you, my name is Joan Hilary J. Baclayon. People go by calling me Lar or Lary. I just turned 21 years old recently. And I'd like to tell you more about myself, but let me put the personality test I've taken recently into use.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As a result of the 16 personality tests, I was classified as Architect (INTJs). Which are said to be one of the rarest personality types and one of the most capable. From what I've read on the results, I can say that what they have described my personality is really close to what I feel and believe that I am. I am imaginative yet decisive, ambitious yet private, and curious yet focused. I am independent and determined. I also proactively search for opportunities to expand my skills.
In addition, on the second test I've taken I got 74.44% for my personal innovation mindset level. And from the results, I realized a few kinds of stuff. first is that I got the lowest score on the trust part. I really do have trust issues and as well as that I get anxious about those pieces of stuff.
In conclusion, I do respect and I am very impressed with the results from the tests as they described me closely.
