Climbing Formwork
TECON Climbing formwork system mainly includes Self-climbing Formwork TSC80, Jump Climbing Formwork CB180/240, Dam Formwork DB180/240 and Multi-function Climbing Formwork MB180.
Self-climbing formwork TSC80 can climb by itself via hydraulic cylinder, while Formwork CB180/240 can only climb via tower crane lift. Dam Formwork DB180/240 can fabricate both single side wall and double side wall without any tie rod pull through. Aluminium Formwork
TECON Aluminium Alloy formwork includes Alumi Frame Wall Formwork, Aluflex Slab Formwork, Alugrid Slab Formwork, Aludeck Slab Formwork and AluLITE Formwork.

The purpose of the high-grade building formwork is to form and maintain the newly poured concrete so that it can reach a certain strength to withstand the temporary structure of its own weight and can be removed as a formwork. With the development of the construction industry, formwork engineering has become an important aspect of the construction industry. In the early 1970s, Chinese building structures were dominated by brick-concrete structures, and building templates were dominated by wooden formwork; but because of the large use of wood, China ’s timber resources have become increasingly scarce. New project arise in Djakarta using TECON Protection Screen
APG is one of the biggest contractor in Indonesia. Based on the long term cooperation between APG and TECON,this project was settled in October 2019. Back to the beginning of our conversation, TECON provide the technical planning and consulting and TECON’s engineering team traveled several time to the project site. Engineers from both side had a deep conversation to understand each other.As a result TECON worked out a perfect solution-Self climbing protection screen. This project located along the freeway from Djakarta to Bekasi.It will become a beautiful architectural landscape. TECON did best to deliver the formwork in advance of the lead time. The technical support team arrived the site on 8th January to start the on site support and supervision. We can see they are so happy working together.

TECON Alu-deck—Only one day to finish 200sqm slab!
How long will it take for Finish 200sqm slab? One week? No, it only takes one day with Tecon Alu-deck, which is one of the most efficient and convenient slab formwork system. More and more customers choose Tecon Alu-deck for the following reasons.
High Efficiency The panels are made by aluminum frame and 10 mm or 15 mm birch plywood, which is light enough to erect and disassemble. One worker can install 200sqm /day.

Slef-climbing formwork system for a high-rise building in Dubai
After 45 days fabrication, re-inspection, pre-assembly and 20 days shipment, materials reached Dubai on 8th Oct.
At the same time, our engineer and site supervisor came together to the project, taught workers how to assemble every component, it took around 1 month to prepare everything before self climbing formwork lifted to the structure.
Even though we have already tried to avoid possible problem during assembly, we still came across a few application issues on the site. Thanks to our engineer stayed on site all the time, all related issues were solved quickly, every process went smoothly and project ran faster.
Till 20th, December, inner formwork already climbed one time, outer formwork will be lifted in another 2 or 3 days.
Thought it is our customer’s first time to use self-climbing formwork, the project manager started to know this system well during till now. TECON also supplied all the necessary documents including shop drawings and calculation to the consultancy and finally got their approval.
Therefore, it is easy for them to use climbing formwork on their further projects, and the second and third project are actually all under tendering stage with big win odd after the good experience of TECON quality and site service.

Construction preparation (1) Measuring the payoff (2) Leveling (3) formwork positioning benchmark (4) Chiseling (5) formwork release agent coating 2.Measuring the pay-off line and steel banding Measuring pay-off line Steel banding 3.Wall column formwork assembling 4.Beam plate formwork assembling 5.Formwork assembling tips 1) The base surface of the wall & column formwork should be leveled, the lower end should be close to the positioning reference. 2) The bolts on the side of wall beam should be straight and opposite. When inserting the bolt, hard top should not be pulled diagonally. When changing the position of hole, the machine should be drilled. It is strictly forbidden to use electric and gas welding holes. 3) The back part should adopt the entire rod. If that joint was used, upper back and lower back joints should be staggered. The staggered position should not be less than 400mm, and the joint length should not be less than 200mm. 4) For cast-in-place concrete beams and slabs with a span greater than 4 m, the formwork shall be arched according to the design requirements, and the arching shall not reduce section height of members. 5) Regarding embedded parts, pre-buried holes, reserved holes, hanging angle steel and window sill cover shall not be missed. 6) The axis deviation of vertical support of upper and lower layers of the early-release formwork support system shall not exceed 15 mm, and the deviation of the verticality of support force column shall not exceed 1/300 of the layer height. 6.Formwork reinforcement
