Could you draw some more of the lesser, almost never talked about characters again? Like Shannon, Sam, Hawley (the boy with headphones), Sergei Andropov (the folding man) and the others from the tourist loop in Hollow City

question, which three characters, out of the 11 main children that is, do we think are the most disliked/disrespected/etc WITHIN THEIR WORLD? not our viewers opinions on them, what the characters themselves would think about others. it's for a little video idea i had, and although i already have an idea of the three i want to see what the public thinks lol.

it'll be the top three most voted that i'll deem the three most disliked (💔) charecters within the mphfpc-verse.

a suggestion for the mphfpc art paper; you could draw some of the canon photographs we got, like the girl on the swing or miss p’s photograph, or maybe you could draw polaroids for the characters without any, such as one for noor or the ymbrines other than miss peregrine

I absolutely loved the idea of polaroids!

As for drawing canonical photos, I already do that in my notebook. I feel better drawing the photos in a better space and on another type of paper, so I'll owe you this art. object-themed fiona is next, and i went with the obvious theme of one of those hanging flower baskets. i drew her with an additional cress chicken, which is meant to be like those themed pots where the cress grows out of the head

Another reason I put Jekyll and Bentham together is the way their personalities work together. Both are inmediately jovial when welcoming people and engaging in social situations (one more than the other because Jekyll is much more socially involved) but with another side to them that is more sensitive and serious, and I think that's a cute thing to work with.

Jekyll as well being slightly more socially adept and jolly around others could pair well with Bentham if ever he needs someone to drag him around at some sort of social event or give him a little pep talk or just be a person to have a good chat with who's also enthusiastic about what he wants to talk about and has a lot to talk about himself

Or he could be a shoulder to fall asleep on :)

I also imagined that with Jekyll apparently being "well-built" that he could also be a bit of a PT sometimes hehe

how does the train loop work? is it the train itself being looped (like the compartments, so the loop entry would be getting on and off the train) or is it the first station?

also what are the names of your animals?

most of the time Bentham is on screen he does have very snake oils salesman, robber baron coded, man who tries to sell you some rusty doohickey shitty flea market, “pay no attention to that man behind the curtain” kinda guy vibe, so it is extremely funny that he actually wasn’t lying about any of that stuff at all, all that stuff about a machine with magic doors to anywhere at any time that he invented? 100% true. Those wax statues? Absolute lie those are a bunch of paralyzed alive people he’s holding hostage for not even god knows why, he just likes lookin at em I guess. Truly one of the characters of all time

He's such a guy istb. (I swear to bird) I'm actually so happy you mention that because I never even noticed that of course, he is ACTUALLY a magic guy and he probably does have all the little doohickeys and magic tinctures that any sleazy salesman could ever dream of housed in his museum.

Also parallels with the wizard of Oz work here, and I think it was intentional, because he's so similar, the wizard was built up to be some crazy cool magic guy and he's just some old dude who takes advantage of people, and that's kind of how he's presented in the chapters in LoS where he's introduced. We first get scared by the "wax figures" yes but then he talks of MAGIC PORTAL DOORS that take you to ANY PLACE OR TIME YOU WANT and PROVES it before they even activate them with the Siberia room. He's also presented as entirely sympathetic even in the things he did do wrong. It's only slightly later on that we learn about Abe and the figures and the everything else.. and it's like ohhhhh. Riiiight. He's just like all the other Victorian men promising great things😭😭

Also about the wax figures, I find it so funny that they were introduced because it technically goes against his character to do that, since he always has a reason for things or it's usually just good intentions going bad, like you could choose to excuse the soul stealing because he genuinely wanted to help but maybe figured out that it wouldnt work and replaced the blood? And the tunguska blast is very much deserved and he had no idea what it would do. But the wax figures? 0 justification. I feel Riggs just wanted to put in a cool idea and add to his "slimeball"-ness, but in a way that is never even attempted to be explained and Bentham never does or can. There are theories, but no concrete fact. He just... Went a bit far with the museum idea I guess.

But it's fine he's quirky he's silly let's have some tea and forget about all of that LETS HAVE SOME TEA SHALL WE HAVE SOME TEA
