I think I need to apologize to myself

The relaxing sounds

They take me back to a time life was peace

Like a child no worry no stress

Like a wife taken care of

Then like an explosion life comes back

But for a moment in my life I felt like all my stress and worry's are gone.

I can't remember what I did 10 mins ago

What did you do yesterday I don't remember

40 yrs ago I started a business

Talk on and on about 49 yrs but can't remember an hour ago.

Irritated frustrated sad I can't remember your name but I know who your face is.

Did you take a shower I can't remember well we will check the shower yes . I can't understand why I can't drive and they took my license mad pissed ready to take my kids out of will. No no don't do that it's for your pertection. They love you they want the best for you that's why your home. I can be on my own did you eat breakfast I don't remember. Your mind deteriorates over time you fall back into a child don't know what to do where you are Alzheimer's it steals the person you were the person you are. It's scary to watch and even scarier for the person they lose themselves in a matter of months. They have story's from yesteryear but don't know yesterday. Depression can set in and then they hate the world but can't remember why just that they know they hate the world.
