I haven’t been on this in a very long time. Put on a lot of weight during college and now I am back at it again. My start weight 5 December 2015 was 82,5. Now the 1st of april I weigh 72. The first ten are gone, now another ten or maybe just 6 are for the future.

A NEW START OF A NEW BEGINNING.
I started to lose weight in the beginning of october. In one week I lost 3kg and that was waaaay to fast. After that it was harder to lose weight and in one month I lost a total of 4 kg. My mother didn't want me to be obsessed with losing weight, so I quit my diet. I stayed a bit the same, but now I haven't worked out in two/three weeks, because I broke my foot and now I am back at my starting weight. So I am very unhappy.
I am starting over. Not with the strict diet I did last time, but just not eating sugar and trying to do exercises which I can do without my feet, when my foot is healthy again I'll do different exercises. I'll start on the 1st of december, because that's a beautiful beginning. I'm already trying to eat a bit less, but I can't workout yet.

I would love to end this 'challenge' before the 1st of april. Photo's will follow soon. I need to look at myself, if I want to change that look. Hopefully I get my first goal in 3 weeks - 22 december.
