today i woke up really earlier then i expected and my best friend cancelled our dinner and It started to rain a lot so i was like great my whole day will have to change now

so i went to the gym and made the colorfull workout plan that i was so excited to do and had lunch with a friend from other city that i've just found out that was here

the lunch was great but through the whole time i was thinking about all of the things i should be doing like writing the script, recording the podcast, finishing the book i'm Reading, doing research for the book i'm writing

and my whole body has been feeling this adrenaline waves out of nowhere that only sugar can stop and os a shit cause i'm way above my sugar levels in my blood

so i keep putting pretend sugar into my body to try helping me out

but i'm certain this physical disconfort has to do with my new medication but my doctor wants me to wait for a couple of weeks (cause that's when we see each other again) to talk to me about changing the medication, now she has only upped a slight amount of it

it has been really SO UNCONFORTABLE 24/7. i cant sleep more then 6 hours and i'm only falling asleep because of my SOS medicine, that hasn't been 0,5 like my doctor prescribed but 1,0 (and even with this, i still need kinda 30 min of Tumblr do wine me down).

the most fucked up thing of it all: i've been só fucking happy. like literally i've been living the life of my dreams. and is like on Friday i was watching my favorite movie with my boy friend who is one of the best people in the world, and i started to lose control of my breating and have a anxiety attack SERIOUSLY

i really hope the more 0,25 of my antidepressive that my doctor prescribed doesnt take long to kick in
