Just finished the Marshmallow book a couple of weeks ago. It is definitely a must read for anyone who is interested in increasing their will power. If you are familiar with the famous Stanford University Marshmallow experiment conducted in the 70s like I am, I am sure your brain will secrete as much dopamine as I did.

New research shows the correlation between maternal stress during pregnancy and increment of risks of children getting autism spectrum disorder. Although the results are not conclusive, the finding of the research has added yet another possible explanation to the unsolved mystery of the etiology of ASD.
