1st of two interviews with clients of restaurants that use our light
Feedback:
-> This client thought the “Food” button is not that useful, it will only be used once
-> He doesn’t think he would pay extra for this, it’s more of a QoL change for waiters

Leaps of faith
What are the leaps of faith to be validated?
Customers will feel better service by using our lighting system so they don’t have the need to catch waiter’s attention.
Workers will find it useful because they give better customer service and can manage service more efficiently.
The product will allow customers to be entertained while they are waiting for food.
Customers will come to the restaurant more often thanks to its service.
Design the prototype and the test
The prototype is a light-cube which takes a different color depending on the requested action:
Play: white
Drink: blue
Food: green
Bill: yellow
Other request: red
We will put the cube on a table during eating time to test the experience and we will receive feedback from this escenario doing interviews to the customers and the waiters.
What will be measured?
The answers from the test will tell if the customers feel better attended and workers feel more efficient.

Antilogs & Analogs
Antilogs
Order Yoyo
website: https://orderyoyo.com
strengths: It offers a customized online ordering system for each company. Plug and play (3 weeks). Mobile Apps & Web app. Customers don’t pay extra money.
weaknesses: Doesn’t have coverage in Spain (only in UK, Germany, France and Denmark). Doesn’t solve the problem of the restaurant service, only the take-away orders.
e-Waiter & eZee iMenu
websites: https://goo.gl/EsM1R0 & http://www.ezeeimenu.com
strengths: Replacement for classic paper waiter pads which they use  for taking orders.Able to monitor every table in restaurant trough three  phase of order: order taken, order delivered and order paid.Stop losing time for going back and forth from kitchen to  tables just to check out if order is ready, or to send order to kitchen.
weaknesses: Customers can still feel the lack of service attendance. It is a solution only focused on the restaurant workers site.

Problems worth solving - RPans
P1: The stress and huge responsibility that activity monitors from summer camps suffer when they go on a field trip with kids
S1: A wristband that tracks the kids’ location and warns the monitor when one of them is getting away
P2: When driving sometimes the sun hits you directly in the eyes and you don’t have your sunglasses with you
S2: A film that you put in the windshield that lets in more or less light depending on the amount of sunlight
P3: When you go skiing, sometimes there are long lines in some of the chair lifts while some are completely empty, but you have no way of knowing
S3: A device that lets the chair lift operators warn people when there’s long lines, and an app to easily view where the lines are and how to avoid them

Problems worth solving (Jordi)
Problem 1:Sometimes it’s difficult to manage the study time for different exams. You try to cover a lot and you don’t arrive.
Solution 1: Design a system that perfectly organizes the time you must dedicate to each subject according to your abilities and qualities for each one.
Problem 2: Difficulty to wake up every morning at the first time when the alarm clock rings.
Solution 2:  Design a system formed by electrodes, that allows you to activate the body in a single minute.
Problem 3:Get it back your T-jove train ticket when you lose it and there is no one to take responsibility for it.
Solution 3: Use a new ticket of more resistant material. Be registered in a database, as you have paid a fee to be able to travel for three consecutive months and that allows you to take another new ticket in case of loss, without having to repay it again.

Adrià M: Three problems worth solving
1) In restaurants with success or which have not enough people contracted to serve clients, asking for the waiter’s attention can be really annoying (having to raise the arm during several minutes or having to yell to the waiter). It would be useful to implement some kind of mechanism which allowed costumers to easily and permanently ask for the waiter’s attention and which was easy for the waiter to notice it.
2) In table tennis clubs, it often happens that a huge group of people is practicing at the same time, but somebody needs to do a “multiball” specific practice. If there are only one or two coaches, they can’t do this “multiball” session to the player because they have to watch the whole group. Some table tennis brands have tried to implement robots that throw balls consecutively, like a multiball practice, but they haven’t succeed because these ones are not able to produce the desired spin to the ball, or repeat a specific sequence of ball placement, as a human people is able to do. It would be great to design and create a smartest robot which was able to meet the requirements mentioned bellow, so it would allow coaches to keep their attention in the general practice session while other players were doing a “multiball” practice.
3) Anime fans in European countries like Spain receive a poor offer of Anime series by the media. The frustration of not being able to watch this kind of genre  makes them  go over illegal practices to do it. I think that a platform like Netflix focused to offer only anime content could success here.

Problems worth solving-Pablo
1.
Problem: Usually, people need to write down what they want to buy, although they forget sometimes so they go to supermarket several times.
Possible solution: Implement a system which gives an intelligent interface with passive objects as supermarket products so you can upgrade your buying list by interacting with the object 2.
Problem: Every time people sit at their desktop they need to switch on all the gadgets and it takes more time than desired.
Possible solution: implementing a domotic system which allows to switch on your gadgets on the wanted timing.
3.
Problem: Sometimes is difficult to find the rf key of the garage.
Possible solution: face recognition, implementing a standard system which allows to attach your vehicle to the garage system in order to recognize it and open the door automatically.

Problems worth solving (G.Dobao)
1. When you want to practice some team sports and you do not have a team nor are you part of a gym or something were they do the kind of thing you want to do you would want to have somewhere to go to find people with the same need and therefore make a team. Then the solution would be to create an “app” to solve that problem.
2. All the calendar apps suck. They are too bussiness oriented. People who have a really dynamic schedule and not a static one on which they would overlap stuff assigned to one of those static slots. Also when they writed something in a particular time it would most likely like in the case of a student be for the next time the static slot is of the same nature of the one on which they actually are. Therefore a good solution would be to make and app that addressed that issue particularly focusing on making easy for students to keep track of which they have to do without losing time and thought on how to note it all up.
3. I like American TV Shows, Spanish ones are just crap. Therefore i would like to watch American ones once they’re live but i cannot. Therefore it would be nice to create a platform that streamed on demand the contents from tv channels around the globe. Like Netflix but with an immediate availability.
