Mud bugs in the south, crayfish in the north. Crawdaddies somewhere else. I call em delicious. You can boil em, stir fry em, bake em, or keep them as pets. But I prefer to cook em and eat them. These were specifically cook with onions and other salty seasoning for eating. They alright wish they didn’t make such a mess.

The Nashville hot chicken attempt. Marinated chicken in some buttermilk, hot sauce, pickle brine, salt and pepper for few hours. Double dredged it in my world famous seasoned flour. Made a spicy butter sauce with ghost pepper for the adventurous but also had a cayenne version for everyone else. I drizzled it over the chicken served it on a double white bread bed like they do it in Nashville but also made sandwiches with chopped coleslaw. It was great but need to working on deep frying. Maybe single dredge next time.

Decided to get Chinese. They had regular canton dishes and Szechuan dishes but not real meat. It’s vegetarian, the chicken is mushroom and tofu mix and deep fried. Szechuan pork is slits of the same mix probably because it taste kind of the same but taste different due to sauce. The fake chicken was throwing me off for a Chinese dish cause it was basil and jalapeño which is delicious but don’t think it’s for real Chinese and Americanize Asian food. But still pretty good. The Szechuan sauce for the pork is just a little kick but has all the elements for the region.

Biryani rice was amazing with the saffron and chicken pieces in it, butter chicken, chicken kabob, and mutton kabob wasn’t as gamey as I expected and very delicious. And a piece of roti I tore off.

Breakfast burger came with homestyle potatoes. The meat was great and cooked medium, I would have like me the egg to be more runny but it looks like they just gave it to me over easy with a popped yolk. The lettuce was nice and crisp along with the tomato. The bun was alright.

Had some meatloaf that had a lot of bell pepper in it from what it tasted like. Chicken and dumpling which is a noodle like item mixed with chicken and gravy on top. An interesting hash brown casserole that had a lot of cheese in it. The meal also came with a slice of smoked ham, fried okra, and greens. The cornbread muffins tasted like bland cornmeal and it was just alright.
