Canine-kin stuff to do!

House stuff:

Lay on that sunny spot on the floor

Take a splashy luke-warm bath (don’t get too cold, guys!)

Make a pillow/blanket den

Make a super comfy nest on your bed

Burn some scented candles so everything smells like nature (pine needles!)

Get some audio (a bubbling stream, forest sounds)

Food and drink:

Eat meats (cooked enough!), roots and fruits

Eat with your fingers/bite into that prey

Drink water from a bowl (I like it when it’s nice and cold)

Get some chewy textures

Put your human needs before the kin cravings

Yourself:

Find a workout that you like (I adore walking, running and swimming!)

Wear chokers (or collars if you’re bold enough)

Howl in desolate places where people won’t be bothered

Wear colours and textures that match your kin

Spend plenty of time in nature (or city parks)

Short and sweet (hopefully)! I’ve done all of these at least once in my life and it felt GOOD. This is not a must, and feel free to tweak it to suite you better ^^
